The research method presents a qualitative approach, at a basic level, with sources of field information and with a descriptive depth. Initially, the degree of maturity of project management and the identified good practices were established, aligned to the strategies required by each of the project municipalities, using the model instrument for organizational maturity in project management (OPM3). Subsequently and after the analysis of the information collected, the most appropriate type of project management office (PMO) was defined to be implemented in the municipalities; the functions, structure and metrics required to implement the project management offices in the selected municipalities were also specified. The implementation of PMOs in these entities represents the opportunity to strengthen project management processes and reduce economic, physical and financial efforts by creating management units within the organizations that impart guidelines, tools and procedures, which facilitate the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure of projects. This articulation requires the political will of the leaders and demands an adaptation of the municipal administrations to apply the most efficient formula, seeking the continuous improvement of management processes.Ítem Diseño del departamento de mercadeo y apoyo comercial de la empresa Hierros HB S. A.(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Pérez Calderón, Juan Pablo; Giraldo Hernández, Gina María; Pineda Toro, Oscar MauricioThe art of selling is considered one of the most fruitful activities in history, going from bartering to the current economic model, with the concepts of exchanging and selling being immersed in the existence of human beings. The development of marketing, media and technology, has led companies to perform positively in the markets, which is why marketing departments are increasingly gaining value, becoming extremely important for companies. Going deeper into the topic, we find that one of the sectors with the highest rate of delay in the implementation of technology and marketing is the steel sector, which is a strong link in construction where together they are of great importance in the economy of a country. In Colombia, the steel sector corresponds to 2,4 % (Semana, 2023) of the GDP and the construction sector, which is strongly linked to the steel sector, represents 17,6 % of the GDP; Together they represent 20 % of the total Colombian GDP. (Camacol, 2021) The steel market, although it is not one of the sectors with the highest record of business creation, is a very competitive sector and for this reason they are one of those that in the last decade have sought to implement marketing departments into their organizational structures to improve their sales in an exponential form. Sources such as newspapers, websites and union blogs were consulted, among which I highlight Portafolio, Statista, Scope, Camacol, DANE, Camacero, among others, which contribute to the conclusion that a marketing department is extremely important to have bringing to the company better results and performance, especially in their incomes, and in addition, bringing strategic order to the companies.Ítem Diseño del modelo de negocio de Mobiliart, empresa de arquitectura y construcción(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Acosta Losada, Tatiana; Orozco Echeverry, César AugustoMobiliart, an architecture and construction family company, located on the south-west Colombian region, specifically in the Valle del Cauca. The above looking to shed light on the applicability of these types of organizations in the Colombian context. It is found that for the interviewees the flat organizational structure is that one with low levels of formalization, centralization, and differentiation. To adopt this type of structure, organizations must ensure a clear purpose, a strong culture that functions as an alignment mechanism, employees with highly developed self-management skills, a relevant leadership style and focuses on teams and individuals' performance. Likewise, interviewees agree on that this type of structure offers very relevant advantages in the current business context, such as rapid adaptation to changes in the environment, greater innovation, commitment and proactivity of employees and a better working environment; in the other hand, organizations with this structure will have to deal with highly complex disadvantages, associated with disorganization, the materialization of agency conflicts, resistance of leaders to the loss of power and lack of coherence between corporate purpose and structure.Ítem Modelo de estructura y gestión : el caso Citycar(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Toro Restrepo, Sirley Paola; Urrea González, Deisy Johana; Escalante Gómez, Juan EstebanÍtem Organizational structure, human capital and collaboration networks: determinants of innovation capability in restaurants(Universidad EAFIT, 2018-06-29) Delgado Cruz, Alejandro; Vargas Martínez, Elva Esther; Rodríguez Torres, Federico; Montes Hincapié, Juan Manuel; Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México; Universidad Latina de América; Universidad de MedellínÍtem Percepciones respecto al desarrollo de competencias individuales en equipos que han pasado por un rediseño organizacional en una empresa del sector servicios colombiana(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Cardona Montes, Carmela; Arango Velásquez, Paula Andrea; Orejuela Gómez, Jonny JavierÍtem Rediseño organizacional de Inmel Ingeniería S.
