With that being said, the design of the export plan is presented below as a consultancy process, applying the established methodology of diagnosis, the preselection and application of variables in four external markets, the analysis of software as a service in the selected country, and finally, the action plan, in order to facilitate to the company the successful access to the global market.Ítem Estructuración de una PMO para la Universidad Católica de Manizales(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Jiménez Tabares, Freddy Armando; Díez Benjumea, Jhon MiguelThis degree work presents the proposal of the structure of a Project Management Office (PMO) for the Catholic University of Manizales, as a support for the formulation and management of institutional projects. The proposed PMO serves as a reference framework for project management at the university and allows for the establishment of a continuous improvement process.Ítem Factores que propician la deserción universitaria en mujeres beneficiarias del programa becas tecnologías de la Alcaldía de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Graciano Herrera, Dahiana Andrea; Orozco Diosa, Liana Carolina; Lopera Tobón, CarolinaStudent desertion is a phenomenon that seriously affects the training process, understood as the process of abandonment, voluntary or forced, of the career in which a student is enrolled, either for academic reasons or for economic reasons (Restrepo, 2011). The university desertion of female students in the Institutions of Higher Education of the Municipality of Medellín, becomes a challenge that transcends internal scenarios and becomes an issue that requires an inter-institutional view, where the public sphere converges, from the perspective of public policy for the Urban and Rural Women of Medellín, the academy and SAPIENCIA. This is how, through the present investigative exercise, it is intended to establish if there are factors that favor university desertion in women beneficiaries of the technology scholarship program of the Mayor's Office of Medellín, for which an investigation is proposed that allows a conceptual approach, applying qualitative research which includes the documentary review and the interview. In the results, although the work and effort carried out by the professionals of the permanence area of the SAPIENCIA area to avoid dropout phenomena are highlighted, it is found that the dropout factors of higher education for women respond, identified in the present approach to the gender roles that have been raised historically.Ítem Hacia la experiencia ideal de recién egresados de EAFIT Bogotá(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Escobar Chaparro, Yadira; Bejarano Botero, Luis MauricioKnowing the user experience for marketing has been a powerful input that allows improving the value proposition of services, the relationship with users and communication.
