Companies face an increasing number of challenges, the changes that are generated in the environment require flexibility and adaptability, in this sense, innovation becomes a way to face these dynamics and achieve sustainability. This degree work, made in EDINSA and Colibrí, companies with traditional organizational cultures, challenged to incorporate innovation at all levels, was developed under a methodology adapted and supported by action research, reflects on the experiences generated in this research, delves into the elements that promote innovation such as leadership at the strategic apex and middle management, training in tools and methodologies and the simplicity of processes. And generate a methodological proposal that serves as a framework for companies that want to incorporate innovation as part of their strategy.
