Ítem Formas de adaptación al cambio organizacional de un grupo de jefes de la industria automotriz(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) Cadavid Sierra, Erika Johana; Orejuela Gómez, Jonny JavierObjective: Understand the forms of adaptation to organizational change that some heads of the automotive industry have for the purpose of analyzing the degree of job satisfaction, based on a case study -- Method: Qualitative investigation with a descriptive and hermeneutic approach -- A case study based off interviews that are semiestrctured to eigth unit managers of an industrial company in the automotive sector of the city of Medellin -- Results: The adaptive process of the subjects occurred adequately both internally and at the level of the environment in which the subjects evolved, using different internal and external elements to achieve a successful adaptation -- Conclusions: The managers of the work unit are satisfied with their new position and the implications it has at the level of status, recognition and level of responsibility but they consider that there are administrative flaws with the process of change such as the leveling of financial compensation and accompaniment formative to receive the new change
