The case study focused on the development of the contextualization of Envigado and the methodological process for the creation and positioning of the city as a learning reference, which allowed positioning the strategic educational actors, in order to advance in the declaration and membership to GNLC - Global Network Learning Cities - of Envigado as a UNESCO City of Learning.
