Personalidad del Dream Team operativo de empresas de servicios: aproximación descriptiva en dos empresas del Valle de Aburrá

The personality factors of the ideal employees are described for two service companies, according to the Barrett & Williams model -- In this case, a television station and a rental company for construction equipment -- These factors were compared in teams characterized as a dream team of both companies, in comparison with teams classified as having a greater opportunity for improvement -- In both cases we found in the members of the dream team a predominance of personality factors called Factuals, which according to the theoretical framework, predispose the individual to a rational treatment of people --The personality study was complemented in both companies with a description of demographic characteristics; it was found as a common characteristic in the dream teams a lower average age in the members that integrate them, in comparison with those of the team with the greatest opportunity for improvement, as well as a shorter time of permanence in both companies
