Method. A cross-sectional descriptive qualitative study was carried out; The research design was a case study based on semi-structured interviews with eight teleworkers from Colombian companies with a minimum of two years of teleworking experience. Results: The majority of the participants perceive that they have psychological well-being in the exercise of their position in the teleworking modality and that this perception is influenced by dimensions such as attitude, the satisfaction of needs, the social, emotional and labor implications and conditions that facilitate or hinder said psychological well-being. Conclusions: the perception of psychological well-being showed that, at a general level, it is perceived as that personal state related to experiencing tranquility, being able to have a general balance between work and life, socially, family, economically, emotionally and physically. Both the factors that hinder and those that facilitate psychological well-being at work are very diverse and correspond to both the work and personal aspects, showing physical and organizational aspects such as the workplace, remuneration or leadership, and personal aspects such as beliefs. , attitude, self-management and culture of people. Explore the interactions between extended mind and job performance in a group of software developers in Colombia. Conceptual framework. Job performance is approached as all expected behavior for the improvement of organizational processes, its relation to the theory of extended mind as the involvement of external technological elements with the cognition of software developers, and its applicability for the enhancement of job performance. Method. A descriptive qualitative cross-sectional study is conducted, using a case study design based on structured interviews with technology professionals currently working in organizations as software developers. Results. It was found that, based on the collected information so far, it is possible to affirm that, as mentioned by the authors Clark & Chalmers (1998), in areas related to software development, there are expressions of the concept of extended mind, where the boundaries of the mind (understood as the entity responsible for higher cognitive processes) do not stop at the walls of the skull or the skin, but rather there are a series of vehicles in the environment responsible for behavior generation. These vehicles are understood as physical objects that can be directly manipulated by the individual (phone, computer, smartwatch). Method: a qualitative descriptive cross-sectional study, based on semi-structured interviews with 9 professionals who have assumed the role of leader. Results: the meaning of leadership and the organizational context is assumed by the demand in the relationship with others and the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization, the assigned and assumed roles are associated with the sufficiency and capacity that each one has in the relationship with the leadership role and job subjectivization, is built from the imaginary of the leadership role and the relationship established with others, in this particular case with collaborators.
