    Although the Peace Agreement and the changes that arise with it aim to territorialize national provisions for effective peacebuilding, from the very conception of its design and approval, an urban approach or component that would give clues was not considered. or tools to territorial entities for the implementation of agreements in non-rural contexts. It is there, where the Comprehensive Restorative Processes with a Territorial Approach (PRIET) are formulated, an initiative of the Secretariat of Non-Violence of Medellín, for the implementation of point 5 of the Peace Agreement in the city with an urban focus. Thus, in the development of this work, an analysis of the State at the local level and its practical ways of materializing peace through the PRIET is proposed, seeking to investigate how these are framed as instruments of territorialization and construction of territorial peace in the city, and its relationship both in the implementation of the Peace Agreement and in the Public Peace Policy of Medellín.

    La producción musical de Herencia de Timbiquí y sus relaciones con la cultura del Pacifico colombiano

    This article aims to reflect on the relationship between the musical production of the group Herencia de Timbiquí and the cultural practices of Colombia’s Pacific region. To achieve this, various documentary sources were analyzed, allowing for a deeper understanding of concepts such as territory, traditions, and the connection with nature in this Colombian context. Subsequently, interviews were conducted with members and founders of Herencia de Timbiquí, originally from the Pacific, which enabled a closer look at the lived experiences and artistic processes of the group. As a result, the study led to a comprehensive understanding of Herencia de Timbiquí’s musical production in relation to the territory, traditions, and the connection with nature characteristic of the Colombian Pacific. It is concluded that the group’s musical production integrally represents the territory, culture, and traditions of the Colombian Pacific. These reflections aim to contribute to a broader understanding of music as a cultural expression deeply connected to the environment and the social dynamics from which it emerges.

    Lineamientos para la conformación del pacto territorial funcional en el Departamento de Santander

    The purpose of this degree project was to identify proposals for public investment for development based on the needs of different provinces of Santander in Colombia, as input for the structuring of a functional territorial pact in the Department. To do this, we proceeded to analyze the management of development factors in the seven provinces or subregions into which the department is divided, from which needs and strategic solution proposals were identified that crystallized with the identification and prioritization of development projects. regional impact, which will contribute to the maximization of the endogenous potential of the provinces and the impact on local development, framed within the figure of the Territorial Pacts promoted by the National Planning Department supported by Article 250 of the 2018 National Development Plan - 2022. Pact for Colombia, Pact for Equity. These initiatives were included in a Strategic Investment Plan with defined financing sources from both the Nation and the Territory endorsed in the signing of the Santander Functional Pact on October 31, 2020 with the presence of the President of the Republic of Colombia, the Director of the National Planning Department, the Governor of the Department of Santander and the delegated mayors of the provinces of the department, guaranteeing the signing of this strategic agreement, the fulfillment of the investment commitments in the prioritized projects, which contribute to the management of territorial development.

    Políticas públicas, cultura y transformación social en Medellín: una mirada a partir del estudio de caso de la Corporación Cultural Nuestra Gente, 2008- 2015

    Las relaciones entre formación de capacidades, y capital social y cultural, constituyen un ámbito para analizar el papel de las comunidades locales en el desarrollo de políticas públicas culturales con efectos en el desarrollo humano -- El trabajo aborda las categorías analíticas y sus implicaciones metodológicas; se muestran los resultados, el análisis de los datos obtenidos y las relaciones entre las categorías de análisis; se describen y analizan los datos del estudio de caso y, finalmente, se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones que pueden contribuir a ampliar el espectro de los estudios de Gobierno y Políticas Públicas, desde la perspectiva de la dimensión política de la cultura, más allá de asumirla desde su dimensión como recurso económico, bien público asociado al consumo por parte de espectadores, o comportamiento en el marco de la cultura ciudadana -- Dichas relaciones se analizaron desde la teoría interpretativa y el enfoque hermenéutico, a partir del estudio de caso de la Corporación Cultural Nuestra Gente (Comuna 2, Medellín) y el conocimiento construido desde la formación de capacidades de niños y jóvenes como sujetos políticos a través del arte, con voz y voto en el análisis y toma de decisiones frente a los problemas de sus comunidades y su territorio

    Support to political parties in elections is a relevant topic each four years in elections at different levels. However, various studies concentrate on the homogeneity of support for parties to achieve seats, but not with respect to the other electoral options and trends of electoral preferences regarding the parties. At the same time, indices and focus of that studies are centered on the nationalization of political parties or party system. This project puts emphasis on the voter, who does not reduce electoral preferences to parties, but also to other types of options such as the blank vote, the unmarked ballot, or the invalidation of the vote. The research seeks to expand knowledge on the homogeneous support of the electorate for a specific option by comparing preferences in national and local elections in the municipalities of the department of Antioquia.

    The present study starts and focuses its analysis on the National Constitution of Colombia (1991) and its legal developments (laws and decrees), in three central components: the Development Plan and the Territorial Ordinance and its correlation with the Community Participation, issues of reference in the integrated development of Colombia and its territories (departments and municipalities). This work is carried out in the municipality of Pereira and may serve as a reference proposal for other territories. The study uses and analyzes primarily secondary information (laws, decrees and documents from study centers and consultancies), focusing on the identification of elements of correlation between factors; and primary from two surveys – using the convenience method – to communities and government organizations, private companies and social organizations. Primary and secondary information that show the fragility and lack of elements or tools of correlation between planning, territorial ordering and community participation. The study outlines a highly participative structured methodological proposal, that proposes to make the project the axis of integration or conjunction of elements that act in the territory integrating leaderships, alliances, efforts and common purposes, transform it and project it towards an integrated and integral development. The aim is to leave a seed in the forms and methods of working for Colombia and its territories from the Project, as a useful tool to society, from which a community is thought, structured and developed.
