    In the present work of degree the feasibility study is carried out to develop a digital platform to provide maintenance and repair services in homes and companies, which also has as an added value which is the generation of confidence in the consumer, and can validate its possible creation in the Colombian market. For the development of the study, administrative, technical, financial and legal analyzes are carried out, which allowed to conclude the viability of the development of this collaborative economy in the Colombian market. They are also visualized of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and weaknesses. compare with the proposed solution in the other offers of the current market, both locally and globally.

    Estudio de prefactibilidad para la creación de “café galería, tallado y aroma”: una experiencia gastronómica y artística, desde la exposición y comercialización de arte, en el Quindío

    This pre-feasibility study aims to evaluate the viability of creating Café Galería, Tallado y Aroma, a facility located in the department of Quindío, Salento municipality, which will combine the gastronomic experience with the exhibition and commercialization of local art. This project responds to the growing demand for cultural and tourism experiences in the region, establishing an innovative space that blends coffee traditions with artistic expressions. The analysis was based on a market study that identified the preferences of the target audience, an environmental diagnosis using strategic analysis tools like PESTEL, and a financial study to determine the business's profitability. Additionally, applicable regulatory and administrative aspects were examined to ensure compliance with current legislation. The implementation of the project is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy by promoting cultural tourism and contributing to the strengthening of art and the coffee identity of Quindío.
