Ítem Algoritmo evolutivo para resolver el problema de enrutamiento de vehículos tiempo dependiente con ventanas de tiempo en una compañía del sector de alimentos y bebidas en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Ramírez Guilombo, Camilo; Rivera Agudelo, Juan CarlosÍtem Alianzas estratégicas en el sector productivo de la tilapia en Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Osorno Araujo, Jenny; Vargas Ossa, Juan Jacobo; Delgado Restrepo, Ricardo de Jesús; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoOver time, it has been shown that the development of actions, projects and any activity framed in the production, generation of value and/or sale of increasingly relevant products and services, is strengthened when an adequate synergy is achieved between actors that contribute what they know how to do best in the construction of products and services. Based on this, the development of alliances, agreements and other forms of cooperation in the industrial sector whose purpose is focused on the union of knowledge and experiences to create a service or a product with the best possible characteristics is of great importance; however, and recognizing that the purpose of creating an alliance always seeks to improve the conditions regarding carrying out a process, project, activity jointly that when developing it individually, there are some aspects that become imperative to achieve not only the objective of the alliance but also that the opposite effect does not occur and transcends the affectation of corporate, professional and / or personal relationships. It is in this instance that the interest arises to investigate, evaluate and validate the most relevant aspects in the alliances that are created in organizations for the development of products and provision of services that allow the achievement of objectives and become sustainable “win-win unions” and that in parallel mitigate the risk of affectations at different levels.Ítem Análisis comparativo de los métodos de valoración ´valor contable´ y ´múltiplos´ aplicado a Frisby, Inversiones Int y Grupo CBC(2019) Gutiérrez Viveros, Ana María; Castillo Marín, Andrés; Guerra Álvarez, EduarThis thesis presents an analysis that seeks to compare two methods of company valuation. As a result of the digital revolution, e-commerce represents a key resource for Colombian MSMEs, which provides advantages such as the expansion of the offer, interactivity and the immediacy of the purchase and the crossing of borders. Likewise, the adoption of sustainable consumption and production patterns is more and more important in the world. However, to turn e-commerce into a truly profitable sales channel, digital capabilities are required that will permeate and define all phases of e-commerce: planning, implementation, and demand generation. Therefore, the objective of this work was to analyze the implementation of e-commerce in MSMEs marketers of sustainable food, beverages, and cleaning products in the Valle de Aburrá. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with five companies that commercialize sustainable products, which were selected by non-probability sampling for convenience from four databases. It was found that most companies plan their digital strategies by a specialized work team that also analyzes the data of their digital channels and clients and carries out recruitment and loyalty campaigns. All companies have a website and social networks, but not all of them allow to purchase online. However, those companies that also have a physical channel, their digital channels do not represent the main sales channel.Ítem Análisis de la tokenización y la titularización tradicional de activos agrícolas, como alternativas de financiación aplicado al cultivo de aguacate Hass(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) García Rendón, Alexandra; Andrade López, Miguel Enrique; Vergara Garavito, Judith CeciliaColombia has strengths and advantages in agricultural activity, according to the FAO the country could become one of the most important pantries in the world; however, this activity has limitations with access to credit and low private investment, the Public Bank is the main financier of this sector, from there comes a large part of the credits acquired by farmers and is also the channel for the subsidies granted by the state. In spite of the above, the agricultural sector in Colombia is still unproductive and has great deficiencies in terms of infrastructure and machinery. From the previous point of view this research was born, which aims to analyze financing alternatives other than Bank credit, which allow generate competitiveness of the agricultural activity in the country and at the same time attract private capital to this sector to generate other dynamics that contribute to its development.Ítem Análisis de las condiciones motivacionales de un grupo de trabajo en el sector alimenticio(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Montoya López, Manuela; Villamizar Reyes, Milena MargaritaÍtem Análisis de pre-factibilidad de un hub de distribución en Centro América, para el Negocio Café (Grupo Nutresa)(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Torres Porras, Oscar Iván; Tobar Guinand, José MauricioÍtem Analisís de prefactibilidad para una empresa experta en la comercialización y la instalación de maquinaria industrial utilizada en la producción de empaques de bajo impacto ambiental para la industria de alimentos en Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Echandía Bustamante, Juan Fernando; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierÍtem Atributos, posicionamiento y expectativas para una tortilla marca La Soberana(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Otálvaro Hurtado, Juana María; Pineda Ríos, Daniel; Restrepo Ayala, Camilo ErnestoÍtem Avances en el diseño de estrategias para promover la generación y transferencia de tecnologías a los sectores textiles – confección, alimentos y metalmecánico, especialmente para MIPyMEs de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2006) Jaimezurek Benítez, Hugo; Cardona Acevedo, MarlenyÍtem Capacidad de almacenamiento refrigerado de Colombia factor fundamental para la expansión de las exportaciones de productos con necesidad de control de temperatura(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) García Hernández, Alejandro David; Pérez Restrepo, Camilo AlbertoThe main objective of this study is to determine the importance of refrigerated storage as a critical logistic process in the success of the sanitary and phytosanitary diplomacy strategy undertaken by the Colombian government to boost national exports of products requiring temperature control. The research contemplates a mixed approach in which a literature review is presented on topics that directly or indirectly enrich the analysis, such as the classification of tariff and non-tariff barriers, the export activity, the cold chain, among others; thus, taking theoretical bases, principles, classifications and scientific articles as a basis. Similarly, data was collected on exports, refrigerated storage capacity, tariff items of products requiring temperature control from reliable sources such as: Trademap, Procolombia, International Cold Chain Alliance, UN, Global Competitiveness Index, and Minagricultura. In this way, a comparative analysis was made between the countries of the Pacific Alliance, which have export structures similar to Colombia's, seeking to see the performance of exports with the need for temperature control of the countries and determine the importance of the refrigerated storage capacity in the development of export activity. The determinant factor obtained was a direct positive relationship between the expansion of exports with the need for temperature control and the refrigerated storage capacity measured by cubic meters for the countries under study, which leads to the conclusion of the importance of the sector in the expansion of exports with the need for a cold chain. At the same time, the position of Colombia with respect to the other countries is clearly seen, Colombia being the country with the lowest refrigerated storage capacity and also the country that exports the least products with the need for temperature control, this allows us to give recommendations to the government and / or sector to seek the expansion and diversification of exports, especially in sectors such as agriculture where the government is emphasizing and Colombia still has much potential to exploit.Ítem Componentes de una metodología para la gestión de proyectos de software en una empresa del sector de alimentos(Universidad EAFIT, 2006) Zuluaga Gallego, Camilo; Rincón Bermúdez, Rafael DavidÍtem Conocer como práctica en un intraemprendimiento(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Botero Toro, Alejandra; Diez Gaviria, Ana CeciliaÍtem Construyendo a Natural Delivery(Universidad EAFIT, 2014) Duque Vélez, Andrés Felipe; Henao Cálad, MónicaNatural Delivery es una compañía creada por un grupo de jóvenes emprendedores de la Universidad EAFIT quienes identificaron en el mercado local de Medellín la oportunidad de replicar un modelo de negocio totalmente nuevo para la ciudad, pero exitoso en otras partes del mundo: Una propuesta de comida saludable a domicilio con la cual el consumidor puede comprar desde uno hasta 120 platos que le permiten llevar un estilo de vida saludable -- La propuesta de valor radica en una alimentación gourmet verdaderamente saludable, respaldada por un equipo de profesionales expertos en cocina y nutrición que preparan platos con estilo, usando ingredientes y métodos de cocción saludables, para luego entregarlos en un empaque totalmente novedoso, que bien puede merecer un premio mundial de diseño de empaques -- En este trabajo de grado se relata la historia que hay detrás de esta naciente compañía, la perspectiva de su gran potencial y los ajustes que ha sufrido el modelo de negocio para lograr adaptar las intenciones y las características de los referentes internacionales a la realidad de un mercado local muy diferente -- Se resaltan aquí aciertos y desaciertos y se plantean incluso propuestas de cara al futuro en la búsqueda de la generación de valor y sostenibilidad de esta iniciativa de emprendimiento -- El documento presenta una aplicación práctica de la metodología Lean Startup y de la descripción esquemática de los modelos de negocios del Lienzo propuesta por Osterwalder, lo que está desplazando al muy utilizado Plan de NegociosÍtem Desarrollo de líneas de cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) editadas genéticamente que limiten la acumulación de cadmio en sus tejidos : FASE-I(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Rodríguez Bolaño, Jose Ángel; Marín Vélez, Neyder Alejandro; Villanueva Mejía, Diego FernandoCocoa (Theobroma cacao) is the primary source of raw material for chocolate production and its derivatives. In current decades, high concentrations of cadmium have been found in cocoa-based products, which has been recognized by several organizations as a threat to human health, food security, and the future of the cocoa industry. Therefore, advances in agronomic and genetic methods that reduce this heavy metal in plants are necessary. In the present study, an in silico metadata analysis was carried out to identify genes involved in cadmium absorption to propose them as a target for genetic improvement through modern precision biotechnology techniques as genetic editing. We found 26 proteins, 88% of them reported in Arabidopsis thaliana, and 38% in Oryza sativa, which belong to 8 protein families. The remaining members of each family were included for analysis. Thus, expression data obtained from the Genevestigator software were evaluated for 44 genes of A. thaliana and 37 of O. sativa, and it was found that the TcNRAMP5 gene of T. cacao, "orthologs" of OsNRAMP5 of O. sativa, is closely related to the root absorption process of Cd. Consequently, it was postulated as a gene target for genetic editing to decrease Cd concentration in cocoa plants. A genetic editing methodology based on CRISPR/Cas9 system was structured using Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated genetic transformation and protoplast transfection. Furthermore, this research structured a methodology for the establishment and generation of in vitro plants through indirect somatic embryogenesis and protoplast isolation, as a fundamental basis of the proposed modern biotechnological platform, which leads to the improvement of genetic accuracy in cocoa.Ítem Desarrollo de un proceso a escala laboratorio para la obtención de pectina y taninos a partir de la algarroba (Hymenaea Courbaril-L), para ser utilizados en la industria alimenticia y la del cuero, respectivamente(2007) Álvarez Ramírez, Erika María; Palacio G., Guillermo LeónÍtem Determinación de la rentabilidad posfusiones : un estudio de caso(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Londoño Cortes, Anthony; Gaitán Riaño, Sandra ConstanzaThe present investigation determined the post-merger profitability of the companies Tropitiendas, Surticaldas, Serviventas and Serviexpress, which are dedicated to the wholesale and retail distribution and marketing of all kinds of food and home consumption products. For this, a quantitative analysis was carried out to determine if the merger generates or destroys economic value once the business restructuring process has been carried out. To achieve this objective, financial and accounting information was collected from the companies mentioned during the years 2016 to 2019. The main historical and projected financial indicators were analyzed and the DuPont and Altman Z-score analyzes were made. Afterwards, the three individual firms and the organization resulting from the merger were valued using the methodology of discounted cash flows and added economic value. The results showed that the merger generated synergy, increasing value for shareholders through process optimization and greater competitiveness in the market.Ítem Diseño del plan de mercadeo para la empresa Vector Foods S.A.S.
