Ítem Factores culturales locales que influyen sobre las prácticas de gestión humana en el sector bananero del Urabá antioqueño(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Agudelo Gómez, Viviana Patricia; Jojoa Castro, Mery Yamile; Macias Serna, María IsabelThe main objective of the research presented is to identify how local cultural factors influence the Human Management practices of the banana companies present in Urabá Antioquia. The context where the study was developed is a geographical area of Colombia, characterized by a high agricultural dedication, specifically the production of export-type bananas, which contributes a greater percentage to the economy of the region and the country. Hence, the presence of a population native to the territory and that from other sectors of the country, as well as historical factors of violence, displacement, illegal occupation of the territory; give rise to the configuration of a considerable cultural breadth to take it into account as an important factor in banana organizations. Throughout the history of the business, it has been organized in associations of producers, marketers and union groups, which have made it possible to formalize benefits and conventional salaries, which grant important guarantees to those who work in the sector. Due to the above, the employment relationship was considered from the strategic point of view of human management, focusing on identifying which cultural factors of the region such as: Customs, Rituals, Stories and Values exert influence on human management practices implemented by companies. and addressed to their operational base. The objective of this work was to identify the incidence of the SENA training model of the Technologist Program in Human Talent Management, in human management practices in small and medium businesses in Medellín and its Metropolitan Area, and to identify the relevance of that model, the interventions of the apprentices and the impact that they could present in the companies where they work. To develop the study, an exploratory investigation was carried out, with the participation of SENA businessmen and apprentices through group interviews and questionnaires, where it was confirmed the relationship between human management practices, the development of the small and medium businesses involved in the study and the personal and professional growth of the apprentices.Ítem Nómina electrónica : prácticas de gestión humana en organizaciones colombianas(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Rodríguez Pardo, María Carolina; Betancur Hurtado, Carlos MarioThe integration of information, through technological advances, seeks to favor companies and the different supervisory entities in the task of controlling and obtaining the necessary data to create an interrelated system that allows making decisions, creating new content, transforming and evolve in a world as changing as the one we live in today. The companies have payroll management practices, which they must transform in order to comply with the regulations required by Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) through its resolution 00013 of February 11, 2021. The new practices must be approached not only from the technical but from the social, therefore, this research aims to provide the different stakeholders with a tool that allows them to reference the practices that the Human Management areas of different Colombian Companies during the implementation of the Electronic Payroll, learn how they managed to introduce the Payroll members in this new way of doing the processes, reducing the impact on the work environment and accompanying the adaptation to change.
