Ítem Análisis del retorno social de la inversión -SROI- del subsidio de alimentación de Comfama como una contribución para poder fin al hambre en Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Silva Gómez, Yamile; Echeverri Hernández, SantiagoIn recent years, there has been an increasing interest in understanding the social and environmental impact resulting from business actions, alongside the traditional economic-financial analysis. Non-profit entities are now expected to demonstrate their contribution to creating social value and their ability to bring about change. In this context, the Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodology has emerged, enabling the measurement and quantification of the impact generated by social interventions. This project aims to analyze the application of SROI in a specific case within the social field, focusing on the subsidy #comeresprimero managed by Comfama - Caja de Compensación Familiar de Antioquia. The project outlines all the necessary elements for calculating the SROI, aiming to determine the rate of social return. This calculation allows us to assess the social value generated by the subsidy and its contribution to reducing hunger levels in Antioquia. Furthermore, it seeks to understand the consumption patterns of specific food groups among the beneficiary groups, which consist of formal workers from Antioquia with low income levels and, consequently, live in a condition of economic vulnerability.Ítem Diagnóstico sobre los procesos evaluativos en los programas y proyectos educativos implementados por fundaciones con incidencia en Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Arrieta Cohen, Mercedes Arrieta; Gómez Yepes, Ricardo LeónÍtem Diagnóstico y diseño de una oficina de gestión de proyectos (PMO) para Cadena S.A.(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Rangel Morales, Ruddy María; Mesa Vanegas, Julián David; Díez Benjumea, Jhon MiguelÍtem Documento preliminar para la evaluación de impacto de la Orquesta Filarmónica de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Grisales Agudelo, Natalia Cristina Patricia; Henao Zuluaga, Tatiana; López Ballesteros, Natalia; Vargas Sáenz, Mario EnriqueÍtem Evaluación de la de la política pública para la inclusión, equidad y garantía de derechos para las mujeres del municipio de Itagüí 2015-2025. Un análisis de la dimensión económica(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Vásquez Pulgarín, Natalia; Atuesta Becerra, Laura HelenaThe evaluation of the public policy for inclusion, equity and guarantee of rights for women in the municipality of Itagüí 2015-2025, seeks to generate an assessment of the progress in the implementation of the policy, in order to determine its effectiveness, coherence between the design and implementation, and whether it has produced the expected social changes in terms of the situation of the women of Itagüí, delving into the economic dimension. As conceptual references in carrying out this study, the Model for the Analysis and Design of Public Policies -MADPP of the EAFIT University is mainly used, which in turn uses the sequential approach, which allows the process of public policies to be disaggregated and centered the study at a specific stage or moment of these, and is carried out through a qualitative methodology with an interpretive approach, which focuses the analysis on the information available from the execution of programs, projects, actions and resources framed in the policy, specifically in the line of economic autonomy, and is compared with information obtained from primary sources. Among the findings, it is found that, despite the fact that there have been institutional transformations in the administrative structure to manage gender issues, public policy fails to implement what was planned in its affirmative actions, both due to the number of actions that do not materialize in indicators, activities and resources in the project through which the implementation occurs, as well as the absence of a logical framework that explains the theory of change that is desired when transforming the objectives into desired results and/or impacts, which is observed as implementation gaps.Ítem Evaluación de riesgos éticos empresariales para la toma de decisiones en pymes del Valle del Cauca(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Molina Gallardo, Jorge Mauricio; Velasco Betancourt, Joe Raphael; Trujillo Peñaranda, Camilo Andrés; Betancur Hurtado, Carlos MarioThis research characterizes the business ethical risks to which smes in Valle del Cauca are exposed in a highly competitive market. The methodology has had a mixed and descriptive approach, based on documentary analysis and implementation of an interview. The results have shown that the ethical risks with the greatest presence in the organizational field are established through administrative corruption and bribery to obtain private benefits, illegal collection of economic resources, fraudulent hiring of personnel, non-compliance with the conditions regarding the quality of goods and services, alteration of accounting information and personal data of clients, among others. It should be noted that this series of situations compromises the stability of the SME with an impact on the reputational aspects of the company, withdrawal of products or services offered by the company due to non-compliance with quality standards, effects on the stability and productive efficiency of the company and legal actions by Stakeholders. To achieve this, it is necessary to implement comprehensive actions for monitoring, tracking, and evaluation in administrative, fiscal, and operational variables, as well as in planning instruments. However, this goal is hindered by a shortage of financial resources and technological equipment, as well as a lack of trained professionals to conduct real-time and short-term monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of Development Plans, the primary instrument for realizing public management. Furthermore, the limited support from the National Planning Department (DNP) complicates the structuring and compliance of a local methodological route that enables reliable and timely decision-making since, although tools such as the Territorial Planning Kit (https://portalterritorial.dnp.gov.co/kpt/) exist to facilitate the formulation and monitoring of the Development Plan, they are not in real-time, and therefore decisions are not always timely or the most accurate. In this context, this document proposes the use of a data analysis tool (Power BI) to enhance the strategic monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of the Development Plan in territorial entities, with the premise that it facilitates the process and allows the analysis of results in a short period, ensuring that the decisions derived from the analysis are relevant and, above all, timely. This approach aims to address the problems associated with insufficient and untimely measurement of various indicators related to development plans, such as Outcome and Output indicators. With this proposal, the aim is to strengthen municipalities' capacity to implement sustainable development and improve the quality of life for their residents. By adopting advanced technologies and a robust methodology, it will facilitate informed decision-making and promote transparency in public management.Ítem Metodología para evaluar un sistema de mantenimiento efectivo basado en Facility Management para un centro hospitalario(Universidad EAFIT, 2014) Hernández Flórez, Juan Guillermo; Villegas López, Gustavo AdolfoÍtem Metodología para la evaluación y tratamiento de los riesgos en seguridad pública para las pymes del sector de Acopi en Yumbo(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Agudelo Vargas, Juan Carlos; Bonilla Gómez, Paul; Peña Palacio, Juan AlejandroÍtem Prefactibilidad para la creación de una empresa exportadora de dulce de leche “manjar blanco” en la ciudad de Tuluá(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Arango López, Manuel Ernesto; Salazar Gómez, Francisco JavierThe work describes a pre-feasibility study for creation of a company dedicated to the production and exportation of “dulce de leche”, based on a traditional prescription that mixes essential elements and individual property, which make it an original and interesting product for establish itself in a selective showcase of Colombian desserts in the international market.
