For the development of the study, a group session was held with the current managers of the AIG business units. The session allowed obtaining details of the processes and this analysis was complemented with a review of primary data composed of: financial results, environmental analysis and corporate strategy information. At the end, the information obtained was organized in a diagnostic matrix map and based on the interpretation of the author it was designed an integral scorecard diagram.Ítem Diseño de una propuesta de cuadro de mando integral para el Fondo de Valorización del Municipio de Medellín(Universidad Eafit, 2020) Arango Saldarriaga, Camilo Andrés; Escalante Gómez, Juan EstebanThis degree work is carried out with the fundamental purpose of understanding how to apply the balanced scorecard strategic model to a public entity, proposed by Kaplan and Norton, for which the Valuation Fund of the Municipality of Medellín was taken as a case study, because it has been a benchmark in Colombia in relation to the administrative management of the resources generated by the recovery charge; in addition, because at the time of the study it had with monetary resources of more than USD 30.000, giving it a representative size compared to the other decentralized entities of the Municipality of Medellín. In the first part of this research, the components of the information systems are analyzed, up to the management information systems, contextualizing the research carried out on the balanced scorecard methodology. In the second part, an understanding process of the administrative situation of the selected entity is made, and an analysis of the process operation model to identify its capabilities and key resources is carried out. With the bibliographical review and the consultation to engineers with experience in direction and management of infrastructure project of similar quantity, type of projects establishes the excellent and necessary financial indicators during the process of control and management of costs of this one. So that, on having grouped them with the indicators of the good practices of the project management (pmbok) in a picture of financial control, one manages to obtain the tool that the project needs for its suitable direction.Ítem Propuesta para el desarrollo de una oficina de gerenciamiento de proyectos a través de un modelo de gobernanza para el sector de consumo masivo(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Ramos Sierra, Simón Andrés; Restrepo Carvajal, Carlos Alberto; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaThis degree work constitutes a methodological proposal to develop a project management office that articulates the strategy and project management from the perspective of a clear and effective governance model for the mass consumption sector. The methodology used was based on an exploratory-deductive research, due to the fact that, based on a general conceptualization, supported by a documentary and perceptual analysis, a conceptual proposal was established for the design of the project management office. Through this research, is offered a technical proposal for the understanding and overlapping between the organizational strategy and project management, enhancing the generation of value for stakeholders. In addition, the design and implementation of the balanced scorecard is defined, including the project management, from the monitoring and execution processes. On the other hand, a project selection and prioritization scheme was developed, aligned with the organizational strategy and a descriptive deployment of the benefits of applying the governance model to develop a project management office in the mass consumption sector.
