Publicación Análisis de las disfunciones presentes en equipos de trabajo en Condrogas, su influjo en el estado del clima organizacional y formas de superarlas(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Arias Tamayo, Óscar Andrés; Betancur Hurtado, Carlos MarioThe work environment has a direct and significant impact on work teams, with a clear interplay between their performance, the state of the organizational climate, and the dysfunctions they exhibit.
