    Aproximación sistémica para la creación de Experiencias de Aprendizaje Itinerante - EAI

    En un contexto general, una experiencia de aprendizaje hace referencia a la vivencia de un acontecimiento que permite la obtención de un conocimiento específico -- Dentro de la clasificación de las experiencias de aprendizaje se encuentran entre otras las experiencias con metodologías museográficas de primera, segunda y tercera generación -- La producción de experiencias de aprendizaje en el contexto museográfico de tercera generación incorpora las emociones, sensaciones e interacción como hitos correlacionados de la efectividad en la transmisión de la intencionalidad comunicativa o modificación de un comportamiento determinado -- La itinerancia en la experiencia de aprendizaje, establece la factibilidad de trasladar la experiencia de un lugar a otro sin afectar la naturaleza de la misma, ajustándose al contexto social donde se presenta -- Este proyecto estructuró una aproximación sistémica la creación de Experiencias de Aprendizaje Itinerantes –EAI- desde los siguientes procesos: Temática, Guión Museológico, Objetivo de aprendizaje, Guión de contenido, Lineamientos de diseño, Guión Museográfico, Diseño, Producción, Pruebas de usuario y Análisis de resultados -- Esta fue verificada a través de la realización del proyecto ¨DISEÑO DEL MUSEO DE AGUA ITINERANTE Y DE UN PROTOTIPO DE UN KIT PEDAGÓGICO ASOCIADO AL PROGRAMA¨ en el marco de un convenio de ciencia y tecnología entre la Universidad EAFIT y la Fundación EPM -- En el proyecto se desarrolló una EAI, a la que se conoce como Kit Operación Sumérgete; con esta EAIse desarrollaron actividades de apropiación de la ciencia en el tema del Agua, con una cobertura de 4.500 niños durante 2014; los resultados de la primera validación fueron aplicados para la implementación de la versión 2 de la EAI; de la cual se realizaron 10 kits Operación Sumérgete para ampliar la disponibilidad de los KIT en el Museo del Agua de EPM

    Auditoría de conocimiento al Grupo Santamaría bajo el método de auditoría por procesos

    In this work, a diagnosis of the status of knowledge in the company Grupo Santamaria is carried out, with the goal of proposing the implementation of a new Organizational Knowledge Management program and thereby causing an impact on the productivity of the company from the human management perspective. The technique applied is “Knowledge Audit”, focused on the main processes of the organization core business, which for Company, is the Operations Division. The processes of the Company's operational chain were audited. Through an experiential mechanics with the selected work team, some activities included in the stages of the process were developed. These allowed the identification and validation of the most relevant knowledge associated with the management of this core process, to which a classification was defined according to their level of criticality and risk for their management and preservation. The activity also included validating and associating the experts for each knowledge identified, as well as assessing the gaps of presence of this knowledge within the related people. This added to the qualification of the impact of the positions associated with the management of this knowledge. The audit exercise determined some outstanding results, among them, the presence of 83 relevant knowledge assets in the Operations Division, where 62 knowledge assets were classified as Critical Knowledge, 21 were classified as important and no knowledge was qualified as basic knowledge. The activity carried out showed a percentage of risk of knowledge management in this area of 36.34% out of 100, a rating considered as low risk on the defined scale. The preliminary identification of the cognitive resources of this process and the characteristics in which the knowledge flows, sustain the importance of incorporating a knowledge management program within the Company as a natural activity to its strategic management, which allows formalizing and capitalizing of the organizational Know how to preserve it, assess it, measure it and intervene it, so that it adds up to the level of competitiveness and positioning of this organization.

    Conocimientos y prácticas de un grupo de agricultores de bija de Chintadó, Chocó : una mirada desde la teoría de creación de conocimiento organizacional

    Abstract Objective – To understand knowledge creation of a group of annatto farmers from the Chintadó community, in Chocó through the exploration of practices and knowledge that the group has built in the agricultural practice that characterizes annatto production. Design / methodology / approach - To understand the knowledge creation process of the group of annatto farmers from Chintadó, their practices and knowledge were explored through observation and construction of the group’s oral history under a qualitative micro ethnographic approach. The data were analyzed and presented under the gaze of the Theory of Organizational Knowledge Creation. Findings - The group creates knowledge through the uninterrupted exchange of tacit knowledge, oral tradition and community life. Agents outside the group such as government entities, NGOs and annatto marketers play decisive roles in the group's combination phase. The group’s knowledge creation process gives indications of it being a capacity that allows its members to survive in an adverse socio-economic context. However, there are context-specific limitations that prevent the creation of knowledge from materializing in innovations that generate socio-economic development for the group and the community to which it belongs. Limitations / implications of research - The study does not offer an exploration of all the practices and technical knowledge of the group. Time and public order limitations restricted the deepening of some aspects of field work. Originality / value - the study is the first one that provides an explanation of a socio-economic reality of a particular context such as Chocó, in Colombia under the view of the Organizational Knowledge Creation Theory.

    Based on the importance that knowledge represents for organizations as an intangible asset that generates innovation and competitiveness, together with growing sustainable development as a differentiating factor, this article presents a review of descriptive theoretical models of knowledge creation, including conceptualization of knowledge, the mechanisms of barriers and opportunities 3 that accompany the installation and sustainability processes in organizations. As a result, it becomes clear that although there are already defined models and many of them are based in part on the proposal of Nonaka and Takeuchi, they do not necessarily apply to organizations in a general way, because each one has a different organizational culture.

    The present degree work is focused on the diagnosis of organizational knowledge, which is one of the initial processes of knowledge management. Such diagnosis was developed around the organizational knowledge that the quality assurance coordination of Credibanco Bogotá's development management has about the process of dataphone certification, in order to define the knowledge processes of that specific area. The present research work was developed based on the foundations of qualitative research, and in particular was of an exploratory and evaluative nature, as it sought to understand the dynamics of organizational knowledge in the process of certifying versions of dataphones of the quality assurance coordination team. The knowledge diagnostic allowed both the analysis of existing knowledge and the missing knowledge, and the evaluation of the state of this knowledge into the QA coordination team, through the elaboration of the inventory and the identification of gaps and knowledge flows. Conducting a knowledge audit in the quality assurance coordination allowed to highlight the unknown strengths, as well as the opportunities for improvement in areas where a higher level of knowledge was expected than the resulting one.

    The management that an organization undertakes to achieve its strategic objectives, is guided by its mission and its vision, and demands the execution and optimization of the processes and procedures that are carried out in the different units that compose it, following management patterns of the knowledge and contributing in a particular way to the integral organizational development -- The objective of this project is to determine a strategic address containing the necessary elements for the management of knowledge in the Institute of Political Studies of the University of Antioquia -- The research makes a theoretical contrast between meanings of the management and the knowledge management to analyze their relationship and contribution to strengthening the management of the Institute of Political Studies (IEP) -- As a means to integrate these elements, identify the patterns of the generation and evolution of knowledge and its administrative management, considering the connection that acquires knowledge according to the responsibilities and creativity of the people who generate it -- The IEP management processes evidence the increase of knowledge assets, strengthen the organizational structure, enhance the strategy and allow services to be offered that meet the needs of users -- This analysis warns that the strategic direction of the IEP should contain elements of knowledge management and strategic objectives for the optimization of management processes, such as contribution to the construction of an operational language that allows the acquisition, acquisition, transfer and organization of knowledge in strategically feasible terms

    Efecto de la gestión del conocimiento organizacional en la innovación

    Organizational Knowledge is a collective set of learnings and practices within an organization; It is information, skills, and experiences, which allows adequate responses to situations and enables organizations. Managing organizational knowledge is arranging and optimizing it, which includes planning and controlling; also, it requires efforts to make organizations acquire, store, measure and use it, in a way which impacts as expected in the organization or society. This research paper aims to identify the actions and practices of knowledge management and the results of innovation to finally describe the relation between the practices of knowledge management and the contexts of the organizations that generate innovation results. The research reviewed theories and conceptual positions of knowledge management, results of innovation and the ways of measuring innovation; to contrast these with a field work that identifies reviewed theories and conceptual positions in the day-to-day practice of organizations in Colombia. The analysis indicates that the service sector, focusses its knowledge management efforts mainly on people and strategic alignment in order to produce innovative solutions; Meanwhile the industrial sector focuses its efforts on process and people, aiming for innovation in the production processes. Finally, the study is complemented by an interview questionnaire form that can be used on further and future studies with larger samples.

    Estrategias para el desarrollo de capacidades de innovación en PYMES del Valle de Aburrá

    Innovating involves many challenges as well as developing innovation capabilities. Studies affirm that SMEs are at a disadvantage in terms of resources and capabilities compared to large incorporated companies, leading them to live from day to day and not anticipate market changes. The purpose of this work was to propose strategies for the development of innovation capabilities in SMEs in the Aburrá Valley, in order to bringing these small and medium-sized companies to maintain and modify their conditions of sustainability in the market. For this, an exploration of literature and a field work were done what provided the necessary foundations to carry out the intended proposal. The findings obtained led to the formulation of two strategies for the development of innovation capabilities in SMEs in the Aburrá Valley. One of them is focused on the operational action of this type of organization, preparing the conditions of possibility for the second strategy, focused on the long term and preparing the company for changes. One complements the other. Both strategies lead to the development of innovation capabilities in this segment of companies that requires boosting innovation and thus having a more systematic competitive performance

    Estrategias para el intercambio de conocimiento organizacional en los grupos de investigación del área de ciencias de la salud - UPB Medellín

    The best universities around the world stand out for their academic quality, social projection and the impact of their research work in the local, national and international environment. Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB) is not immune to the great responsibility it has, to continue contributing to the transformation of a knowledge society. This research takes on the possibility of proposing organizational knowledge sharing strategies for research groups in the health sciences area of UPB Medellin; in order to generate good practices that in the future can lead to better results. The interest for this research merges from the need to improve the classifications, the results of calls for research, avoid reprocessing and properly managing the organizational knowledge generated by each of the groups. This work was carried out through qualitative research with a descriptive scope, which was carried out through a bibliographical review and fieldwork with interviews to researchers and administrators who support research groups in the area of health sciences of UPB Medellin.

    Estrategias para impulsar la adopción de tecnologías en una empresa comercial de vehículos

    This analysis focuses on improving the adoption of technologies in the commercial area of new vehicles in Autolarte S.A.S. Four specific objectives are defined: characterize the available technological tools, identify causes of low adoption, define indicators to measure use and propose action plans to improve adoption progressively. Quantitative data provided by 116 individuals were collected. This data provided insights into the availability, features, and current adoption of technology tools. Causes of low adoption were evaluated and measurable indicators were established to evaluate its use. Results-based action plans and approaches were designed to train, simplify and motivate employees in the effective use of these tools. Four technological tools were identified, with key functionalities and a scope that covers the entire sales force. 20% of employees do not use these tools due to lack of training, difficulties of use and lack of incentives. Five indicators were defined to measure the use of these tools. The complete understanding of the available tools, the identification of barriers to their adoption and the definition of indicators to evaluate their use are essential to improve the adoption of technologies in Autolarte S.A.S. The proposed action plans, aimed at training, simplifying and motivating employees, are expected to drive a 20% increase in the adoption of technologies, which will translate into greater efficiency and customer satisfaction in the area of new vehicles.
