The results obtained through the analysis of the survey data made it possible to identify key aspects of the impact of teleworking on work well-being, such as some aspects being more relevant for women and men, and where they stand out as aspects with greater alteration due to the teleworking, interpersonal relationships, work overload and occupational illnesses.
