Elementos clave para el aprovechamiento de la innovación social en la empresa privada

The Social innovation is a topic which receives more importance and has been under study of many institutions and research around the world -- However, the specific study of social innovation processes at the head of private for-profit organizations is not very common -- The purpose of this paper is to determine the fundamental elements that should be considered by a private company that wants to develop processes of social innovation as its priority activity creating in this way differential opportunities of development in them -- The research is approached from a bibliographical exploration with hermeneutical focus in which the concept of social innovation, its types and its approaches were explored from the classification of the texts for the interpretation and analysis of results -- This research yields internal elements in the organization that allows a preparation for the approach of social innovation that are interrelated with some fundamental external elements that have marked the management of social innovations over time -- Likewise, the conditions necessary to assertively enter the process of innovation, social and constitute the opportunities for the private organization to appropriate social innovation as a priority activity
