This investigation begun from the idea that how was possible to compare operational results between sewer public utilities companies that had a big number costumer around the country. It decided to get the operative information from the sewer public utilities companies from an interview with operative personal. To design the interview was necessary to include questions of the most important results operative activities. Everything interview were okay. In conclusion It found that EPM and EAAB had great advance about control management operative indicators of sewer system and it found that the management indicators gave ideas to take a decision for the planning of sewer system.
