dc.description.abstractRobert Nozick's libertarian variant remains one of the most unique modern updates of liberalism. Through the recreation of a hypothetical interview, the American theorist engages here in a dialogue about the political constitution of Liberland, a no-man's land appropriated by Vít Jedlička and organized under the principles of libertarianism, the clarification of which is the purpose of this text. In the course of the conversation, comments and questions arise that allow further clarifications about the role of private property in this territory and its relation to negative liberty and justice; the necessity and form of political government; mechanisms of security and protection of freedoms; the place of political rights and taxation, among others, accompanied by a final reflection.eng
dc.description.abstractLa variante libertaria de Robert Nozick sigue siendo una de las actualizaciones modernas más singulares del liberalismo. Mediante la recreación de una entrevista hipotética es entablado aquí un diálogo del teórico estadounidense sobre la constitución política de Liberland, un terreno de nadie apropiado por Vít Jedlička y organizado bajo los principios del libertarianismo, cuyo esclarecimiento es el cometido de este texto. Con el trasegar de la conversación van surgiendo comentarios y preguntas que permiten ulteriores aclaraciones acerca del papel que en este territorio juega la propiedad privada y su relación con la libertad negativa y la justicia ; la necesidad y la forma del gobierno político; mecanismos de seguridad y protección de las libertades ; el lugar que en él ocupan los derechos políticos y los impuestos, entre otros, acompañadas por una reflexión finalspa
