Aspectos que limitan la eficiencia de un proceso administrativo prioritario de una institución universitaria en el municipio de Bello, Antioquia

Resumen
El presente artículo contiene la descripción de un estudio de tipo evaluativo-propositivo, orientado a establecer aspectos que pueden limitar la eficiencia de los procesos administrativos prioritarios de una institución de educación superior ubicada en el municipio de Bello, Colombia. En la metodología empleada se realizaron entrevistas, tormentas de ideas y encuestas a personas claves por su cargo, nivel de responsabilidad y relación con los procesos seleccionados en el área administrativa y financiera de la institución universitaria. El seguimiento de esta metodología arrojó los siguientes resultados: coincidencia entre los entrevistados de no haber participado en el diseño de los procesos de la institución y ausencia de gestión de los mismos evidenciada en la falta de ejecución controlada, medición y seguimiento en ellos. Es importante resaltar que la información obtenida de las actividades anteriormente mencionadas se analizó con base en los criterios para identificar y gestionar un proceso del autor (Pérez Fernández de Velasco,2001, págs.: 104,147-149) los cuales serán descritos más adelante.
SUMMARY. This current article is a description of an evaluative-proposition, oriented to establish aspects that can limit the efficiency of administrative priorities in higher education en Bello Colombia. In the methodology employed realized through interviews, a torrent of ideas and opinion polls of key people, their level of responsibility, and their relationship to the processes selected in the administrative and financial areas of the university. A follow-up of this methodology gave up the following results: the coincidence between the interviewers who did not participate in the design of the institutional process, and the absence of willingness of these same people is evident in the lack of controlled execution, measurement and monitoring. It is important to emphasize that the information obtained of prior activities previously mentioned be analyzed with the base of criteria to identify and arrange process s sis the author, (Perez Fernandez de Velasco, 2001,págs.: 147-149), whose descriptions are more advanced.
