Lecciones aprendidas de proyectos no condonados del Fondo Emprender del sector agrícola en Pereira

Fondo Emprender is a seed capital fund that supports entrepreneurship throughout Colombia, however, not all of its beneficiaries manage to be forgiven, so through this degree work, the objective of documenting the lessons learned from the noncondoned projects of Fondo Emprender for the agricultural sector in Pereira, and identify variables and trends that allow reducing the number of these. This documentation was done through the methodology of the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo and through the analysis of the results of semi-structured interviews and secondary information, eleven lessons learned were finally obtained, through which actors and situations of repeated occurrence were identified and with different levels of impact, which finally affect the fulfillment of the objectives set by the entrepreneurs and which lead to the decision not to forgive the resources assigned by the fund. The documentation of these lessons learned invites the organization to generate documentation strategies of its management and its results, since it allows it not only to have precise information on its previous performance, but at the same time it is possible to generate strategies that guarantee the reduction of non-condoned projects and, therefore, the best application of the financial resources allocated to entrepreneurship and the economic strengthening of the region.

Fondo Emprender es un fondo de capital semilla que apoya el emprendimiento en todo Colombia, sin embargo, no todos sus beneficiarios consiguen ser condonados, por lo que a través de este trabajo de grado, se da cumplimiento al objetivo de documentar las lecciones aprendidas de los proyectos no condonados del Fondo Emprender para el sector agropecuario en Pereira, e identificar variables y tendencias que permitan disminuir el número de estos. Esta documentación se hizo a través de la metodología del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo y a través del análisis de los resultados de entrevistas semiestructuradas e información secundaria, se obtuvieron finalmente once lecciones aprendidas, a través de las cuales se identificaron actores y situaciones de ocurrencia repetida y con diferentes niveles de impacto, que finalmente afectan el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados por los emprendedores y que llevan a la decisión de la no condonación de los recursos asignados por el Fondo. La documentación de estas lecciones aprendidas invita a la organización a generar estrategias de documentación de su gestión y de sus resultados, ya que le permite no solo tener la información precisa sobre su desempeño anterior, sino que a la vez es posible generar estrategias que garanticen la disminución de los proyectos no condonados y, por ende, la mejor aplicación de los recursos financieros asignados al emprendimiento y al fortalecimiento económico de la región.
