Entorno competitivo de las pymes tecnológicas en Medellín-Valle de Aburrá en el período 1995-2005
Abstract
Las estructuras y las relaciones de producción se enfrentan a la necesidad de ser entes flexibles en donde la relación bidireccional entre el sistema financiero y el sector real de la economía son los motores del crecimiento económico. La competitividad y la productividad son factores esenciales en la transformación estructural de las relaciones de producción y de poder en los sistemas y forman parte de la dinámica de una nueva sociedad, esto conlleva a una modificación sustancial de las políticas y del desarrollo integral entre Estado (desde las instituciones), gobierno (desde las políticas), sector real (desde la necesidad de soporte financiero) y desde el sistema financiero (desde las condiciones de generar proyectos productivos y empresariales). El objetivo en este trabajo es analizar las condiciones competitivas de las PyMEs de base tecnológica de Medellín-Valle de Aburrá en el período 1995-2005. 61 p.
Abstract
The productive relations and structures are faced with the demand of being flexible organs in which the bi-directional relationship between the financial sector and the real sector of the economy is the engines of the economic Growth. The competitions and the productivity are key points in the structural transformation of the power and production relations of systems and they are part of a new society's dynamic. This leads to a substantial modification in the policies of total development between the State (Since the Institutions), government (since the policies), real sector (since the need of financial support) and since the financial system (since
the necessary conditions to generate productive entrepreneurial projects). This paper's goal is to analyze the competitive conditions of the technology-based Small and Mis-size Enterprises in Medellín-Aburrá Valley in the period 1995-2005.
