The growing popularity of Project Management within organizations has made new theories begin to be coined from research and the production of literature around it, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is one of them and is positioned as the best mechanism to have a holistic vision and governance over the projects that are prioritized, their budget budget and the follow-up of the execution and the associated risks. This research project, based on the systematic literature review at a global level, will recommend the Project and Portfolio Management Information System (PMIS) and the implementation process that best fits the level of maturity, the reality and the project management needs of the EAFIT University

La creciente popularidad de la Gestión por Proyectos dentro de las organizaciones ha hecho que se empiecen a acuñar nuevas teorías a partir de las investigaciones y la producción de literatura alrededor, la Gestión de Portafolio de Proyectos (PPM) es una de ellas y se posiciona como el mejor mecanismo para tener una visión holística y una gobernanza sobre los proyectos que se priorizan, su asignación presupuestal y el seguimiento a la ejecución y a los riesgos asociados. Este proyecto de investigación, a partir de la revisión sistemática de literatura (RSL) a nivel global, recomendará el Sistema de Información de Gestión de Proyectos y Portafolios (PMIS) y el proceso de implementación que mejor encaje con el nivel de madurez, la realidad y las necesidades en materia de gestión de proyectos de la Universidad EAFIT
