Resumen
The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the Psychosocial Impact resulting from the application of the ICO + R in the associates that participate in the Alliance Project: "The Cocoa Effect" in the Department of Huila, the Subregions of El Bajo Cauca and Uraba Antioqueño, and the municipality of Tumaco in the Department of Nariño. The investigation is divided into two phases, the first phase corresponds to a review of the literature, which appears to identify the psychosocial conditions prior to the application of the ICO + R. The second phase, a survey was implemented to measure the current state of psychosocial conditions in a representative sample of the associates participating in the Project - Alliance: “The Cocoa Effect”.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el Impacto Psicosocial resultante de la aplicación del ICO + R en los asociados que participan del Proyecto Alianza: "El Efecto Cacao" en el Departamento del Huila, las Subregiones de El Bajo Cauca y el Urabá Antioqueño, y el municipio de Tumaco en el Departamento de Nariño. La investigación está dividida en dos fases, la primera fase corresponde a una revisión de la literatura, que permitió la identificación de las condiciones psicosociales previas a la aplicación del ICO + R. La segunda fase, se implementó una encuesta para medir el estado actual de las condiciones psicosociales en una muestra representativa de los asociados que participan del Proyecto – Alianza: “El Efecto Cacao”.
