dc.description.abstract	This project report presents the complete process followed to propose finally a Corporate Innovation Model to Owens Illinois, O-I. The chapter 0 presents the project draft, that was approved prior to start the development. The next chapter 1, presents the innovation diagnosis analysis of O-I done at the beginning of the project in order to identify the opportunities for the proposal, then on chapter 2, a benchmark analysis was performed with four important companies with presence in Colombia which have Innovation models already implemented. In chapter 3, it is presented an overview of the theoretical perspective from the book Managing Innovation, (Tidd & Bessant, 2013) identifying the key elements that along with the benchmarking and the opportunities of O-I, support the final proposal of the model presented in chapter 4.
