El testimonio de la mazorca es una alegoría sobre los cultivos selectivos y la domesticación de especies en la agricultura, que ha incidido en el desarrollo de las civilizaciones y la conformación de la base alimentaria de la sociedad actual. Presentando las perspectivas contrarias del agricultor y de las plantas, se critica cómo se ha dado este proceso de domesticación y los beneficios o consecuencias que ha traído consigo.
The testimony of the cob is an allegory about selective crops and the domestication of species in agriculture, which has influenced the development of civilizations and the conformation of the food base of today's society.
