    Análisis Decreto 806 de 2020 y Código General del proceso, cambios en el sistema procesal oral

    This monographic study will address the key new ideas of Decree 806 of 2020, which implements information and communication technologies in judicial actions carried out in Colombia. Also addressed is the response to the atypical circumstances generated by the pandemic in order to guarantee the people's access to justice. The intention, in relation to the General Code of Proces, is to analyze the relationship in the development of procedural acts while also examining the processes which have been changed and the impact that those changes generate within the oral procedural system. Initially, the study and review of this decree will be approached bearing in mind one of the objectives of this investigation, which is to determine if the provisions of the decree have allowed orality to be consolidated as the preponderant procedural system in the administration of justice before the judges. civil and family, or if, on the contrary, it has not achieved this effect and has led to it weakening, bearing in mind the interaction restrictions generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Other changes will also be addressed that, although they are not directly related to orality, as they are more linked to the written phases of the process, it is considered that an improvement of the standard of the administration of justice should affect, such as the handling of the digital file, the way in which the powers are granted to act in the field of the jurisdictional process, the presentation of the claim and annexes, and the way in which the different procedural acts are notified.

    Aplicación de la realidad virtual en la enseñanza de la ingeniería de construcción

    El presente trabajo describe los procedimientos y resultados de la investigación, Implementación de la realidad virtual en la enseñanza de la ingeniería de la construcción, que se realizó con el propósito de explorar las posibilidades que ofrece las tecnologías avanzadas de visualización, tanto de conceptos gráficos como de proyectos, a partir de las herramientas de modelado virtual BIM 3D y 4D y la creación de ambientes y modelos de realidad virtual inmersiva, como ayudas en el proceso de formación de estudiantes de ingeniería civil; para su desarrollo se realizaron varias pruebas con los estudiantes del pregrado de ingeniería civil de la universidad EAFIT, sede Medellín, en diferentes materias del currículo, como Expresión Gráfica, Topografía y, Programación y Presupuesto, en las cuales mediante la realización de modelos en realidad virtual inmersiva se pretendió comprobar la hipótesis de que, la realidad virtual inmersiva como herramienta de enseñanza ayuda a mejorar la comprensión de conceptos gráficos y proyectos de construcción a los estudiantes -- Los resultados obtenidos parten de una recopilación de información mediante una encuesta de percepción de las herramientas (análisis cualitativo), y una evaluación de los resultados de los ejercicios propuestos para cada una de las materias anteriormente mencionadas (análisis cuantitativo) -- Como resultado final de la investigación se formula una propuesta de inclusión de las tecnologías de modelado BIM 3D y 4D y la creación de modelos de realidad virtual inmersiva como herramientas del aprendizaje en las materias aquí analizadas y en otros cursos del pregrado de ingeniería civil

    Desarrollo profesional docente e implementación de nuevas tecnologías en escuelas públicas del municipio de Envigado

    This report gives an account of the findings and results of the research that aims to answer the question regarding the training needs of teachers for the development of new technologies in the teaching-learning processes of the Primary Schools of the Municipality Envigado. The research was conducted with a qualitative cut based on the structure of the phenomenological hermeneutical approach and showed, among other results, that these are now a tool that should mainstream the educational process in schools, demonstrating the need for Teachers are in a permanent training process that allows them to acquire or strengthen their knowledge regarding ICT, so that they can develop their practice in the classroom at the forefront of global demands and that aim to improve the quality of education. In the development of the research, the time and schedules to address the interviews with the participants were limited and, with some interviewees, the lack of information that was considered of importance for the study was identified.

    This degree work arises from the need of the project area of a company providing information and communications technology (ICT) services in Colombia, which not only wants to execute their projects under the PMBOK v6 guide, as they do nowadays, but also under the guidance of SBOK v3. Therefore, the result of the execution of this degree work consists of generating a selection tool that makes the suggestion of which of these two previous guides should be used for each of the company's projects, depending on the characteristics of the project and looking to maximize the value delivered during the life cycle of the project. The selection tool will be tailored to the company on which the degree work is developed, so if it is desired to use it for another type of company, it will be necessary to make adjustments on the selection tool.

    Impacto del teletrabajo en el bienestar laboral de los empleados de oficina en empresas de TI en Bogotá

    The purpose of this work was to understand the perception of workers in information technology companies located in the city of Bogotá regarding the impact of teleworking on workplace well-being factors. To meet the established objectives, research was carried out to establish a framework for study and analysis of the different dimensions of labor well-being that must be considered when the work mechanism includes teleworking, whether in full-time or part-time mode. Once a clear conceptual framework was defined, a study was carried out with a quantitative approach through a survey that would allow collecting information on the perception of an established population group regarding the variables that would analyze the 9 dimensions for an evaluation model of the impact of the teleworking in occupational well-being. People from different types of companies within the ICT sector in Bogotá – Colombia participated in this survey. The results obtained through the analysis of the survey data made it possible to identify key aspects of the impact of teleworking on work well-being, such as some aspects being more relevant for women and men, and where they stand out as aspects with greater alteration due to the teleworking, interpersonal relationships, work overload and occupational illnesses. The analysis of the different dimensions opens the door to subsequent research that allows the impact and possible paths to remedy the effects of teleworking on workplace well-being to be measured in detail.

    Metodología para definir equipos de gestión de políticas públicas y regulatorias en el sector de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) en Colombia

    Public (civil) service in Colombia —and the ICT Sector is no exception— is characterized by fixed management periods, where different situations intervene in the arrival of leaders to management positions and team forming, dealing —among many other issues— with hiring rules and procedures for the enrollment of public servants. Although the management of public and regulatory policy in the ICT Sector depends to a large extent on the set of skills possessed by the people occupying management positions, a relevant factor —perhaps the most relevant— is to ensure success in the team forming process, where, in general, people with different profiles nurture public management with their training, experience and knowledge. Through qualitative research, methodological aspects are defined to be considered for team forming in public entities of the ICT Sector, seeking to facilitate the development of tasks in charge of people occupying directive positions, emphasizing on leadership skills, project management techniques and team attributes, so the management of public and regulatory policy can be carried out more efficiently.

This methodology is implemented to optimize each of the steps to be executed during the stages of Survey, Planning, Design, Development and Dissemination of these services, since a good survey of requirements is critical to the success of a service quality avoid future rework or adjustments.

    El sector TIC en Antioquia : dificultades, soluciones y competencias estratégicas de los directivos

    This dissertation inquires for the strategic competencies of IT companies executive directors in Antioquia, in the context of the evolution and development of the most emblematic companies in the region. A qualitative methodology is used, combining in-depth interviews with multiple-choice polls, which allows gathering best management practices and suggestions for those who are doing business development in the sector, the possibilities of internationalization, and the development of international strategies of sustainability over time. The contextual framework also tackles the situation of management in the companies in the IT sector in Antioquia, from sector general information to the particular situation of industry references in the region.
