The author intends to establish a way to face this problem, based on concepts associated with social and economic development, such as: Human Development, as the guiding principle of the local economy that guarantees democracy, inclusion and the empowerment of human capital and building trust that translates into social capital. The Governance from the practice that is specified in the PPAs (Public-Private Alliances) as a model of Social Responsibility of the actors of the territory, to produce social wealth and Social Economy, which is specified through the promotion and chaining of entrepreneurship from capacities and skills and not only from the productive demand; to finally see an integrated model of Social Development. This work presents an analytical structure of concepts and founded theories regarding human development, especially citing authors such as Manfred Max Neef, Amartya Sen, Joseph Stiglitz, Bernardo Kliksberg and Sergio Boisier, among other actors who compile and direct their studies towards a alternative economy, olso called the third sector. It makes a review of the current situation of employment in Colombia, until reaching the current situation of the young population in the Municipality of La Ceja, thus proposing a reality framework for political and business analysis. Lastly, it establishes an analysis methodology from a conceptual framework and a categorical matrix, which encompasses the concepts, the reality and the social object of development for a locality based on young people. The so-called green bonds are attractive to investors, mainly due to the fulfillment of the UN's sustainable development objectives, which imply strengthening the responsible growth of their banks and improving their corporate image. Sustainable investments would imply more competitive interest rates in the market for investors. Colombia will improve its image before entities such as the IDB and IFC by demonstrating that it is managing sustainable projects and in this way it will attract the attention of foreign investors who buy responsible investments as a requirement of many funds worldwide. In several cases, these investments are allocated in new marketing strategies that are more impactful to the consumer, image renewal, product reformulation to demonstrate greater utility or versatility to the end consumer, improvement of operational efficiency, among others, and very rarely they are implemented with the conviction of promoting and incorporating the ethics and social responsibility policies. This evolution process experienced by companies in general, promotes the development of proposals that are striking, motivating, risky, that incite the consumption of a product, and only in some cases seek to raise awareness of end users towards a more controlled, rational and correct consumption of resources. In particular, in the company Bavaria there is an interest in seeking opportunities for the use and re-incorporation of many of its packaging materials, whether they are trying to use them in their own products or through the use and exploitation in alternative products. Specifically, in the present project the PET material of the amber bottles will be analyzed, material that is currently used for the production of a part of the volume of Pony Malta, and whose volume has a significant market share, which is why the material acquire importance in circular economy projects. For this reason, there is a need to establish and evaluate different alternatives that the company can execute, in order to give options for reuse and exploitation in order to fulfill its sustainability and responsibility commitment towards the environment. To achieve this, a qualitative analysis was carried out supported by semi-structured interviews with six experts, where it is intended to know de the experience of each of them issues related not only to the legal context of use of plastic material in the massive consumption sector and how this impacts operations of PET bottles market, but also alternatives for use of PET bottles post-consumption where it is relevant to identify the best proposal for this material, as well as identifying key allies to identify the strategy proposed for Bavaria succeed. The final result showed that de all alternatives only one of them seemed to be the optimal, since it is the only one that would guarantee a significant use of the post-consumption material of PET bottles, and, although it is not the only alternative, according to the interviewees it is the most viable and sustainable. However, in order to execute, Bavaria must work on several aspects: first, together with the government, they must define whether PET bottles are considered single-use plastics, since this would have repercussions on the country's laws; secondly, it must work hand in hand with other actors in the PET bottle cycle chain, to work on consumer education issues in order to increase the volume of waste that people separation at home; and thirdly, it must define the physical and economic means with which the project will be developed, moreover the key allies with which it must work during the process.Publicación Beneficios reputacionales de la RSE en empresas tercerizadoras de servicios del estado.
