This work analyzes the health subsystem and its behavior in the midst of the debate on bill 010 settled in 2020 in the Congress of the Republic, projecting the most likely scenarios of this health reform promoted by the dominant coalition. Thus, we use the Promoting-coalitions-approach proposed by Sabatier, we describe the subsystem from its actors, beliefs and resources. In addition, the different scenarios for changes in politics are projected from the coalition actors expectations, their available resources and their deployment; concluding that the project will undergo some modifications, mainly in matters related to the nucleus of policies and secondary beliefs; which will be used as a proselytizing flag and will probably see its first debate in this legislature, among protests promoted by the external coalition.Ítem Riesgo de las acciones colombianas desde 2017 hasta la fecha, con foco en el efecto pandemia(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Ospina Monsalve, David; Mosquera López, StephaníaÍtem The effect of the Financial System on Cross-Country Growth Rates during the Covid-19 Pandemic(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Ramírez Miranda, Michael Stiven; Goda, Thomas
