Amongst those strategies, the educational institutions were shut down and citizens were confined in their homes. At the same time, they were informed with information about the virus, how it spread, etc... That situation generated anxiety in the general population and specifically in teachers and administrative colleagues in kindergartens. This exploratory study, which is non experimental and transversal-quantitative, measured the anxiety levels of colleagues of a Kindergarten in Medellín, Colombia in July 2020, when they were still confined, working from home. The question of investigating the effects of the analytical method, as a teaching-learning methodology detected in a private university in Medellín, arises from some considerations of the current context in the field of education. For this purpose, six students were interviewed in a semi-structured way in order to identify these experiences and their relationship with their training based on the analytical method. Method: this is a study with a qualitative, descriptive and cross-sectional approach, based on the information collected through semi-structured interviews done out with staff selection analysts linked to labor intermediation companies. Results: It was found that staff selection analysts experience pleasure in social interactions and in the recognition and meaning given to their work. Suffering is perceived by situations derived from the organization of work and by organizational policies. They also perceive symptoms of the physical, psychological and relational order, which are faced with individual strategies, such as managing working hours and active breaks and strengthening support networks, and collective strategies, such as convening groups within the framework of companionship and creation of playful integration spaces. Conclusions: Pleasure-generating experiences at work are evident.
