These coliving buildings are a trend that is entering Colombia, a market with a great potential. Therefore, to achieve the proposed objective, the logical framework methodology is followed, which consists of identifying the central problem through the cause and effect tree, solving the central problem through the objective and means tree. Through the UNIDO methodology, the evaluation of the strategy identified in a logical framework is carried out, using 8 support studies, which are: study of the environment and sector, market, technical, environmental, organizational, legal, financial and risk. In the development of the investigation, it was necessary to combine the findings of the real estate and tourism sectors to allow a more precise analysis of the type of service offered by Coliving del Café, since this is a combination between hotel and a non-conventional rental housing services. In this way, it was determined that the Coliving del Café project is viable in all the studies developed, and optimal to provide a solution to the problem analyzed.Ítem Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de producción de jabones y sales fitoterapeuticas en Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2019) Baquero Soto, July Alexandra; Diez Benjumea, Jhon MiguelThis work illustrates a research that was carried out for the Master's Degree in Project Management of Universidad Eafit, in which it evaluates the feasibility of creating a company of production of soaps and phytotherapeutic salts with a view to entering the market of the new age, a market where its essence is the generation of consciousness. This model encourages interaction and support among residents, especially for those who are far from their place of origin. Medellín, known for its economic and cultural development, attracts people in search of temporary opportunities, requiring safe and comfortable housing solutions. The study focuses on evaluating the pre-feasibility of a coliving project with short and medium-term rentals in the city of Medellín, using the methodology proposed by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) for a comprehensive and systematic analysis. The study consists of seven different analyses or sub-studies aimed at determining the viability of the project in an integrated manner.
