A.(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Castellanos Gómez, Alba Inés; Vélez Cuartas, Gabriel JaimeThe impact evaluation represents a topic of interest to all project executors, whether they are public or private or belong to any sector; since it allows to identify the positive or negative effects, that as consequences of their actions, are produced in the economy, the environment or the society in general; for the development of a project. These effects indicate how the projects are being managed and if they are obtaining the expected results; but these must be measured by indicators, which require monitoring and evaluation to estimate the degree of impact generated. Social Innovation Projects such as those carried out by the U. de A., due to their nature and purpose, are aimed at generating impact; however, given that this is a complex issue, there are no specific methodologies to estimate it. Therefore, the present study seeks to make an approach to a methodology that allows the U. de A. to carry out an evaluation of the management of its impacts; which starts from the definition of dimensions and nominal variables that explain the process of Social Innovation; the construction of indicators and an analysis method to weigh or establish their incidence in the impact that the Social Innovation project can generate; and likewise, carry out the evaluation in a more coherent and reliable way.Ítem Los carteles empresariales en Colombia bajo los criterios de la superintendencia de industria y comercio(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Aranzazu Solano, Maria Adelaida; Barrientos Henao, Natalia Maria; Palacio Botero, MarcelaThe SIC has found the target of creating a business cartels is to eliminate competition among market participants leading to a low variety and quality of goods or services and prices increases, therefore harming consumers and other market players. These can also be understood as anticompetitive agreements, which have also been defined as those contracts, agreements or practices between two or more companies, and which tend to restrict competition. For the cultivation of this product, a tropical climate is required; that is, warm, but humid at the same time. In periods when it does not rain, the shortage of water causes a decrease in production, leaving part of the demand unmet. This work aims to carry out a feasibility study to determine the financial viability of the irrigation system, a technology that will make the supply of water for banana production more efficient and systematic. The results of the financial indicators suggest that it is possible to carry out the project in that, in a horizon of ten years, the income can exceed the costs and investment in the irrigation system.Ítem Factores de éxito o de fracaso en programas o proyectos de cooperación internacional en el Pacífico colombiano(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Murillo Herrera, Rodolfo Andrés; Fortou Reyes, Jose AntonioÍtem Indicadores de gestión, sociales y ambientales para evaluación ex post del programa Hogares Sostenibles de la corporación Parque Arví(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Escobar Restrepo, Juliana; Cano López, Darlyn Tatiana; Henao Arango, María Cecilia; Garcés Uribe, Olga LucíaÍtem La red del MILA.
