    Estudio de prefactibilidad de una carnicería de cortes madurados en la costa

    Colombian cattle farming becomes a great ally for butcher shops specialized in matured meats. That is why it was decided to carry out a pre-feasibility study of a butcher shop of matured cuts on the Colombian Caribbean coast, taking Sucre with its capital, Sincelejo, as the place for said matured meat butcher shop and thus make a leap in quality in its meat products. A survey was made in which Sincelejan were asked where they would like the butcher shop to be and if they wanted and were willing to pay more for meat matured. This gave space to continue with the investigation, since 63.6% of the surveyed population was willing to buy this type of product. For this reason, the technical, environmental, administrative and legal studies shaped what the business would be and the requirements that must be taken into account for the operation of the business. In the financial study it is found that the business would be viable. It is concluded that people responded to the survey thinking more with the desire, of wanting to buy better quality meat, than with what they can really afford. Therefore, it is recommended to reduce the size of the project, get a cheaper local, and carry out more in-depth studies to really determine if the Sincelejan is willing to pay the value of the matured meat.

    This study examines the need to strengthen productive models that align with the reality of most landowners in the country, while also addressing global climate concerns regarding livestock production systems and their negative impact on greenhouse gas emissions. The document provides an overview of the current livestock situation, the size of landholdings among cattle producers, the challenges they face, traditional production models, and ultimately, how to integrate regional experience into a more efficient production system with a lower environmental impact. Through a financial analysis, the study determines the viability conditions of a livestock project for small and medium-sized land areas in the Magdalena region, taking into account the local environment, market research, and the establishment of optimal distribution channels. Additionally, a general context is established through a conceptual framework and the main aspects of the methodological design. Based on local needs, an appropriate production model is defined for farms ranging from 50 to 100 hectares, focused on pasture rotation and grass selection. The general dimensions of the project are also outlined an administrative study covering the type of business entity, organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities, a legal study, and a five-year financial study that analyzes scenarios ranging from pessimistic to optimistic ones.

    The idea of the project BOVIVEN S.A.S, was born with the thought of the production of poisons for the control of ectoparasites based on natural products such as Amazonian chili. Product that will help farmers in the department of Caquetá to reduce pests of these beings, diseases produce and reduce the risk of poisoning of people and animals, in addition, that will have a cost very similar to those found in the market. In the following document you will find the financial analyses carried out to determine the viability of the project and analyze the possibility of carrying it out by María Alejandra Álvarez. For this projection, projections were made towards 5 years onwards to have a better vision of this project.
