Ítem Análisis crítico de las normas jurídicas que regulan las cuencas y microcuencas hídricas(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Cortés Alzate, Maria Clara; Gómez Tamayo, Esteban; Arango Duque, CamiloÍtem Análisis de la vinculación al esquema de pagos por servicios ambientales -PSA-de PYMES en el Oriente antioqueño, como modelo gerencial para la sostenibilidad(Universidad EAFIT, 2025) García Urrea, Jaime Andrés; González Valencia, AlejandroThis research analyzes the connection between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) scheme to promote actions that reduce the impact of human activities. Through the voluntary compensation provided by these companies, the establishment of links with farming communities has been facilitated, where forest conservation is regarded as a cultural activity that also generates income and improves the living conditions of those who protect these ecosystems, which are crucial for regulating water quality and supply. Local management models are identified that contribute to the consolidation and sustainability of payments to the communities that protect these essential resources, while simultaneously preserving farming culture and its practices for forest protection and ecosystem conservation. In this context, the involved companies have implemented an organizational management model that incorporates styles and characteristics aimed at promoting equity toward rural communities as a mechanism of sustainability, integrating it within management practices focused on improving both environmental conditions and the quality of life for farming families who depend on forests and productive systems. This model, driven by SMEs, has enabled the implementation of PES in the areas influenced by their projects by analyzing various environmental, social, and economic structures as a strategy for sustainability and a planning tool, adding significant value to their products, broadening the spectrum of profitability, and benefiting the products and services that these organizations provide.Ítem Análisis sectorial de la lechería especializada de Trópico alto en Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2014) Olarte Mejía, Laura María; Uribe Marín, RicardoLa gerencia de proyectos ha ayudado a solucionar problemas desde las metodologías hacia las ideas y dificultades -- Las metodologías tienen la habilidad de adaptarse a los factores ambientales, mitigar riesgos y traer consigo resultados más certeros y efectivos -- La lechería especializada en Colombia, enfrenta problemas de competitividad que se han incrementado en los últimos años, tales como: baja productividad nacional, desarticulación de la cadena láctea, carencia de gestión eficiente en los hatos, dificultades con tratados de libre comercio, contrabando y sobre oferta; lo que ha repercutido en el margen de rentabilidad y por ende en los 122 mil empleos directos que generó el sector en el 2012 -- Para hacer frente a esta problemática, se diseña una propuesta que pretende ir más allá de las ventajas comparativas y hacer uso de las competitivas, con el fin de evaluar la viabilidad de la lechería especializada de trópico alto en Antioquia -- Ya no es una opción decidir si se compite bajo estándares internacionales, hay que seguir las nuevas reglas de juego -- Por lo anterior, se hace necesario analizar el sector, considerar nuevos lineamientos estratégicos y analizar las diferentes perspectivas -- Estos conceptos fueron estructurados bajo metodologías de preparación y gestión de proyectos, donde se evaluó el sector y se diseñó un modelo bajo metodologías de gestión de proyectos, que se consolida en un programa a ser implementado en la lechería especializada de trópico alto en AntioquiaÍtem Bosque somos todos : un esquema para evaluar el potencial socioecológico del bosque seco tropical (bs-T) en el desarrollo integral en la provincia de Cartama(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Gómez Salazar, María Cristina; Moreno Yepes, Daniela; Valencia Sepúlveda, Catalina; Mejía Rivera, Oscar AugustoÍtem Coexistencia de la protección del medio ambiente y las actividades productivas estudio de caso DRMI bosques, mármoles y pantágoras(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Ríos Londoño, Camilo; García Rodriguez, Luisa; Chavarriaga Gómez, Juan DavidÍtem La conectividad ecológica en el ordenamiento territorial : una mirada a la regulación del paisaje natural de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Carvajal Rojas, Federico; Vásquez Vera, Juan EstebanÍtem El desarrollo económico sostenible y las tendencias actuales de la economía(Universidad EAFIT, 1995) Posada Londoño, Luis; Montoya Corrales, Carlos; Universidad Nacional; Universidad EAFITÍtem Desarrollo sostenible a nivel empresarial para el valle de aburrá(Universidad EAFIT, 15/07/1999) Osorio, Ana Rocio; Universidad EAFITÍtem El desarrollo sostenible ¿Una propuesta relevante?(Universidad EAFIT, 15/04/2002) Vázquez Sánchez, Edison; García Rendón, Jhon Jairo; Universidad de Antioquia; Universidad EAFITÍtem Desigualdad salarial : una perspectiva internacional(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Rueda Correa, Valentina; González Estrella, Laura; Toro Valencia, José AlbertoInternational Organizations such as UN, ILO and OCDE have extended the spectrum that we’ve been studying and analyzing the gender gap with, highlighting the fact that there is still a huge difference regarding the remuneration that men and women get under the same circumstances of mode, time and place; difference that, mostly, has been attributed to the discrimination that women have been a target and victims traditionally. In the Colombian context, NPOs play a crucial role in promoting social welfare and community development. However, they often face governance challenges as they typically operate with limited resources and heavily rely on donations and external financing. The research was conducted using a mixed-method approach, which included a literature review and analysis of NPO cases in Colombia.Ítem “Educación inclusiva, universal y de calidad como derecho fundamental en Colombia : un aporte al logro 4 de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible = Inclusive, universal and quality education as a fundamental right in Colombia : a contribution to the achievement 4 of the Sustainable Development Goals”(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Rodríguez Dávila, Felipe Josué; Vásquez Vera, Juan EstebanÍtem Estrategia de negocio para Le Centre. To this end, and as will be seen in the document, a different alternative to sun and beach tourism on the island of San Andres is proposed, which contributes to the conservation and sustainable use of the strategic mangrove ecosystem and expands the supply of nature tourism services, through community strengthening and articulation with other business initiatives with a sustainable approach proposed by the community, which can be translated into a mechanism for economic development.Ítem Gamificación y asociación simple para la educación ambiental desde las perspectivas del mercadeo digital y las actitudes de las empresas(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Ramírez Moreno, Erica; Acevedo Mejía, Erika Cristina; Mejía Gil, Maria ClaudiaÍtem Gestión ambiental para la prevención de desastres(Universidad EAFIT, 1992) Cardona, O; Universidad EAFITÍtem Guía para la gestión estratégica del conocimiento y la innovación bajo el modelo cuádruple hélice, que aporte a la ejecución del plan de desarrollo 2020-2023 del municipio de Sabaneta(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Arias Mejía, Juan Manuel; Toro Duque, Catalina; Vásquez Jiménez, Carlos FedericoÍtem Identificación de lecciones aprendidas de la ejecución del proyecto de inversión “Construcción e implementación del Programa de Formalización Minera"(Universidad EAFIT, 2024) Pérez Zamora, Clara Edith; Bermúdez Ocampo, Héctor Guillermo; Díez Benjumea, Jhon MiguelÍtem Impacto social de los negocios del programa En-Campo : aporte a la estimación de su contribución a la competitividad y el bienestar del campo colombiano(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Gómez Castro, Diana Marcela; Pérez Zabala, Lina Patricia; Echeverri Hernández, SantiagoRural productive businesses in Colombia are organizations with extensive contributions to society that are evidenced in changes related to economic development, job creation, wellbeing for the poorest population, conservation of ecosystems and biodiversity, among others. There is rarely a measurement that provides quantitative information on these contributions, for this reason the present thesis takes up and applies some measurement principles of the methodology of social return on investment -SROI- adapted to a document or tool that is easily applicable by of entrepreneurs or rural productive businesses, which serves as a self-management resource and a first step to incorporate impact measurement into their business model. The exercise takes as its target population the ventures or companies linked in the implementation stage of the En-Campo program, led by Fundación Grupo Bancolombia, because these are organizations that have been strengthened and accompanied for management based on the positive impact on society. An identification process of contributions or benefits was carried out based on research and dialogue with rural companies; a prioritization based on its relevance and affinity with the target organizations; a quantitative estimate of benefits and adaptation to an easily applicable resource. Although the results that the tool or resource will produce are not the precise calculation of the social return on investment, they do generate valuable information regarding the aspects of greatest social contribution and management opportunities.Ítem Institucionalidad política ambiental, economía y desarrollo sostenible(Universidad EAFIT, 15/04/2001) Posada M., Luis Guillermo; Universidad Nacional de Colombia, sede Medellin.
