It was during that boom time when the micro-business Creaciones Azucena was created, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of clothing for 36 years. However, the different phenomena of globalization such as international trade with the opening of markets, industrial renewal, overproduction, the entry of new Asian players, smuggling, the pandemic, inflation, among others, put this sector in check. in Colombia, leading it to a deep crisis and forcing the company to reduce its operation in 2018 to only market clothing. However, despite being hit so hard, this industry is still very relevant to the economy, as it serves a basic massive need such as clothing and contributed 9.4% of the GDP in Colombia in 2022. The detriment has been caused by the effects of the actual energetical base that relies on fossil fuels, which releases carbon dioxide particles. Thus big initiatives such as the carbon footprint offset programs had been developed through the green bonds, in order to mitigate the climate change. While there’s an effective solution in order to mitigate the environmental impact in the atmosphere such as the green/carbon bonds, the public doesn’t easily and frequently access to those carbon footprint offset programs. It is due especially because there isn’t a sufficient knowledge of these programs. Furthermore, it doesn’t exist a vehicle which centralizes and facilitates the access to the carbon offset market. In this respect, even if there’s a green bond market -Which isn’t accessible to all the public at all- it is intended to formulate and evaluate the feasibility of an entrepreneurship that would innovate the commercialization of the green bonds. This project has undergone a rigorous financial evaluation process, considering key variables such as revenues, costs, investments, depreciations, and other fundamental aspects for its development. Throughout this presentation, we will delve into the detailed results of this evaluation, including cash flow analysis, financial indicators, and conclusions that support informed decision-making. The UNIDO methodology was used, with which the market, legal aspects and administrative characteristics of the business were identified; In addition, the environmental and social impact, financial viability and risks associated with the project were determined. The study had a qualitative approach, through the application of a survey to 105 inhabitants of the town. The results reveal the existence of a growing demand for purified water in the market and the profitable business opportunity in this sector. In addition, strategies for the commercialization of the product were identified, including the location of the vending machines, the pricing and the promotion. This project arises from an idea of family business, which seeks to take advantage of the opportunity to enter the industry of panela-based sweeteners with products that have competitive advantages in terms of performance, flexibility and quality compared to the competition. The foregoing with the purpose of positively impacting the socioeconomic and technological transformation of the municipality in question. This project is elaborated with a series of studies to evaluate the feasibility of the project considering numerous factors. Going into detail of the above, a study of the environment and sector is carried out that allows analyzing the external factors that impact the project; The market study is also carried out to analyze the variables that ratify the possibility of placing the product on the market and the optimal channels for the promotion and commercialization of the products resulting from the process. Likewise, a technical study is carried out to determine location, size, required resources, production costs and machinery and equipment required to meet the demand estimated in the previous study. Following this, the administrative and organizational study is carried out that allows determining the talent required for production, marketing, and organizational functioning, in addition to this, the associated administrative costs and factors of organizational culture are estimated. Method: This research is qualitative, descriptive, with a method of study based on the exploration of the wholesale clothing and apparel market, with online sales, in the United States, who are your potential customers and possible competition. The instruments to be used to carry out this research will be studies carried out by other authors on similar topics, two semi-structured interviews with advisors from Procolombia and an official from the Chamber of Commerce of Pereira. The databases Trade Map, Procolombia, Euromonitor will be used. , Legiscomex, World Bank. Finally, consultations will be carried out via email with the Colombian American Chamber of Commerce and the Colombian Chamber of Electronic Commerce. The study procedure will be carried out in four different phases: I. Internal analysis of the company, II. Recognition and analysis of the target market, III. Legal and regulatory environment: free trade agreements, trade barriers, bilateral relations, etc. IV. Identification of strategic export allies, V. SWOT Analysis, Conclusions and recommendations. Results: The results of this research will allow the company Digitex Commerce S.A.S. determine its decision to enter the US market, taking into account the conditions, demands, threats and market opportunities, in addition to the operational costs of this new opening of borders.Ítem Factibilidad de una empresa comercializadora de bebidas energizantes naturales y sin azúcar(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Gil Ruiz, Luis Fernando; Saldarriaga Nieto, Luis Felipe; Salazar Gómez, Francisco Javier; Giraldo Hernández, Gina MaríaThis study was conducted with the objective of analyzing the feasibility of establishing a marketing company for natural and sugar free energy drinks. This idea was born when observing the consumption increase of these products and the proliferation of brands and flavors in the Colombian market. In the analysis, sectorial and environmental studies were performed using the PESTLE methodology, by means a result of favorability, unfavourability or neutral impact was obtained for each of the factors. A market study focused on analyzing the 4P's was conducted to identify the characteristics of the target market, the consumer preferences in terms of flavors, frequency and location, and the price that the market would agree to pay. Important data for subsequent studies was obtained with the market study, such as the percentage of people who regularly consume energy drinks (18.6%) and the maximum price that 81% of people would be willing to pay ($3,500 per bottle). Then a technical study was prepared in which the different processes were established, the cost of the operation was calculated, the initial investment required in warehouse, equipment and office supplies was estimated, a suitable location for the warehouse was selected, and the positions and functions required for the good organization and administration of the company were identified. A legal study was also conducted to identify the procedures and requirements to establish a company in Colombia, and finally, a financial study was prepared that led to conclude that this project would be viable in an optimistic sales scenario 30% higher than the probable scenario, with a price of $3,500 per bottle and with a simplified administrative structure.Ítem Hacia una política de desarrollo agropecuario y campesino en el Municipio de El Carmen de Viboral – Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Peláez Blandón, Elkin Mauricio; Martínez Jiménez, Néstor Joaquín; Vieira Silva, Juan GuillermoThe document "Towards a policy of agricultural and peasant development in the Municipality of El Carmen de Viboral", presents the diagnosis and situational analysis of the agricultural sector of the municipality of El Carmen de Viboral, as well as the guidelines for municipal public policy for the sector. The analysis was based on primary and secondary sources and a methodological process of logical framework and participatory workshops to build the problem tree and the objective tree. Thecentral problem was defined as "socioeconomic backwardness of the agricultural sector, families, organizations and peasant producers in the Municipality of El Carmen de Viboral", of which five (5) major causes were highlighted: deterioration of productive conditions of the agricultural sector in the municipality, low access to credit, subsidies and support programs for agricultural production, accessto technological developments for the agricultural sector, deficiency in road infrastructure and equipment to support distribution and marketing and lack of social protection of peasant producers. In relation to the analysis of objectives, it was defined together with the communities that it is necessary to orient municipal policy towards the "social and economic equality of the agricultural sector, its producers, families and peasant organizations in the Municipality of El Carmen de Viboral." To advance in this direction, five (5) alternatives are proposed: efficiently implement the service of energy to bus, generate conditions that contribute to improving the productivity of the agricultural sector, facilitate access to technological developments for the agricultural sector, provision of equipment, infrastructures and services that allow improving distribution processes and marketing of agricultural products and finally, improving social protection services for farmers. For those entrepreneurs and SMEs focused on commercializing science, these parks provide essential information and advice, as well as proper equipment and services to set the ground for growth and development and an effective and independent presence in today’s competitive market. In the first phase, literature reviewed and the functions of S&T Parks in previous research extracted. Then, the extracted missions were distributed among the experts in the form of Delphi questionnaire. Finally, after three rounds of Delphi questionnaire, the missions were finalized and the functions of each mission were operationally described based on the opinions of experts.
