Canvas, to structure the business model as a personal entrepreneurship project, incorporating an analysis of the environment with PESTEL and Five Forces of Porter as an integral part of the profiling of the client and the value proposition. This work has been done to develop the business model and define the new strategy of the company Beira Beachwear, which is a boutique store that offers a personalized service for the sale of swimwear in Colombia and in some other countries. In the theoretical framework, different theories and definitions proposed by prominent authors in the formulation of business strategies and the corresponding tools such as Pestel analysis, Porter's five forces, the SWOT matrix, the value proposition canvas and the (canvas) of the business model. Farmacia Santa Fe is designed as a specialized pharmacy where not only over-the-counter drugs are found, but also rare drugs, focused on specialized pathologies as a business opportunity that exists in the city. A business model is a strategic look at the business creation process aimed at making decisions to reduce as many risks as possible associated with entrepreneurship. Different strategies of authors that have historically impacted the academy regarding the administrative issue focused on business strategy are analyzed, which have developed models to follow that are currently used by the largest companies in the world. It is necessary to first define what a business model is; subsequently, follow a methodology for generating the business model. This model will enable its business units and associated enterprises to maximize their resources, reduce costs, and obtain timely and high-quality support information. In formulating the business model proposal, the key support areas that companies are currently outsourcing through third-party providers or service centers were considered. The areas with the most significant impact were identified based on the input from individuals who are currently involved in these processes or are responsible for them. The strategy employed for developing the project is the Osterwalder’s Canvas model, which consists of nine modules subsequently represented on a Canvas. The club’s in charge of promoting teaching, practice and Ultimate Frisbee competition and thanks to its excellent organization and competitive results, it has experienced an incredible expansion and growth in the most recent years, projecting itself to compete in different categories such as, feminine and masculine, nationally and internationally. In this sense, the club intends to raise income through its training center called Revolution Professional Center, offering services not only for its athletes but also for the public in general. This is why this project aims to propose a business model that allows the club to maximize the profits of its center, using the business model canvas methodology of Osterwalder y Pigneur. Such methodology proposes the development of nine blocks that allows whoever builds it, to establish a comprehensive strategy for all types of businesses or companies, aligning their internal and external activities around the customers segment to accomplish what they want to reach with a valued proposition in accordance for it.Ítem Propuesta de modelo de negocio para prestar servicios de catering y merchandising en la ciudad de Medellín(Universidad EAFIT, 2023) Hoyos Giraldo, Maristella; Giraldo Hernández, Gina María; Uribe de Correa, Beatriz AmparoThis research work is in accordance with the strategic plan to encourage and increase the supply of local services for MICE tourism in the city of Medellín and its metropolitan area. The development was based on a descriptive exploratory research, and through the use of mainly qualitative approach instruments, with the purpose of designing a business model for the creation of an integrated Catering and Merchandising services company, defining its competitive strategy. for the segment of companies and organizations in the Aburrá Valley. The research showed as a result that the business structure of Medellín and its metropolitan area has been growing after the pandemic. Retaking the celebration of corporate events as a key tool in the relationship, positioning and competitiveness in their markets. Thanks to this investigative work, the elements of value generation for this market were identified and a comprehensive business model proposal was developed that responds to the needs and expectations of the customer segment, and likewise, opportunities for the creation of a company that implements the proposed business model.
