Additionally, it reveals the existing distance between the companies of the construction sector and the institutions of higher education and centers of education for work in Santa Marta. This document is based on the application of surveys to the main and largest construction companies in the city, which have between 51-200 employees. As a complement, information obtained from secondary sources such as: SNIES, SIET, OLE, etc. is used. The changes in the positions, understood as updates or new required profiles, are closely related to the technological, organizational and environmental trends, as well as to the qualification that the human talent receives from the competencies provided by the IES and ETDH. It is evident in this exercise that despite the city's economic orientation towards services and tourism, the construction sector has gained strength, especially due to the conditions it presents. For this, qualitative research will be carried out, using the method of semi-structured interviews. Once this information is collected, a contrast will be made with the positions of different authors within the literature and finally some recommendations will be designed, taking into account the management models by objectives and management by competences. Once the research is finished, it is evident that within the organization under study there is not a structured performance management model, but a performance evaluation model, There are no objective measurement variables that allow us to determine the level of performance. This is where the relevance of endomarketing strategies becomes very valuable when it comes to connecting human development with the achievement of the goals set. The purpose of this research proposal was to analyze the current state of the endomarketing actions implemented by Universidad EAFIT, by means of a mixed exploratory study that gathers different techniques of information gathering, with the participation of the employees with labor contract of the University, and with the accompaniment of the Department of Employee Development, and intended to offer conclusions and suggestions that allow reorganizing and focusing actions that generate greater value and that go towards the interests of the University and its collaborators. When these effects are not consid-ered, the workers and their leaders in labor union associations denaturalize the es-sence and teleology of syndicalism, and consequently its development generates negative outcomes for the intervening parts of the collective negotiation and for the society understood as a whole. Investigate how technology companies in the city of Medellín attract and retain human talent with a technological profile to explore the practices or attraction and retention strategies that are implemented. Method. A qualitative-descriptive hermeneutic study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 9 employees, who hold positions in the technology area and the human resources area of 5 technology companies in Medellín. Results. The data obtained allowed us to understand aspects that influence the processes of attracting and retaining human talent with a technological profile, such as the company's culture and environment, growth opportunity, salary compensation, and leadership. Likewise, it allowed exploring the practices or strategies that these companies have developed focused on providing quality of life through a good work environment, benefits, a fair salary, an approach to the needs of the employee, good leadership, communication and flexibility. Finally, it was identified that these practices or strategies have generated a positive impact on people's lives because they have allowed them to grow, fulfill personal and professional projects and have a good income, making them have a sense of belonging to the company and desires to continue. Conclusions. The technology companies in the study develop attraction and retention processes focused on the particularities of each person, good communication, good leadership and clarity of information from the beginning, and for their purpose of attracting and retaining human talent with a technological profile, they also implement practices or strategies in general shared by the companies in the sector but carried out in a particular way differentiating each company, focused on the culture and work environment, in relation to salary compensation, related to the extensive benefit plan and others on growth - development and flexibility.Ítem Beneficios de la transferencia del conocimiento tácito a explícito en el trabajo de un grupo de ejecutivos comerciales de una compañía del sector industrial(Universidad EAFIT, 2018) López Alfonso, Claudia Liliana; Orejuela Gómez,Johnny JavierÍtem Beneficios laborales y su relación con las necesidades e intereses de las personas en cuatro organizaciones manufactureras de Colombia(Universidad EAFIT, 2022) Henao Echeverri, Karen Melisa; Rivera Aguirre, Leidy Viviana; Sanín Posada, John AlejandroThe relationship between the labor compensation offered by organizations and the needs and interests of its employees is of great relevance due to the effects it has on their motivation and desire to stay, especially in today's labor market. This paper investigates whether such a relationship exists in four Colombian manufacturing companies. To establish this, the companies' compensation portfolios were taken and reviewed, according to taxonomies of needs and interests, if the benefits were connected with them. Then, based on such taxonomies, a survey was elaborated and applied to 237 people from these organizations asking about their unsatisfied needs and interests. These answers were related to the benefit portfolios. A low relationship was found between portfolios and needs and interests. In the analysis by gender, it was found that women tend to have needs for protection while men have needs for understanding, by marital status those married or in a free union have needs for identity, singles for participation, and others for subsistence, with respect to age, those from 18 to 30 have needs for affection, from 31 to 40 for protection, from 41 to 50 for participation and from 51 to 62 for participation. Our findings raise questions as to whether the benefits assigned in organizations are adequate for the different population groups and are revealing when it comes to an understanding of the phenomena of low motivation and high turnover faced by some organizations. Keywords: compensation, interests, needs, motivation, intention to stay.Ítem Buenas prácticas para la gestión de proyectos de permanencia y éxito estudiantil : una propuesta para la Universidad EAFIT(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Gil Zapata, Ana María; Gómez Ardila, Lizeth Johana; Zea Restrepo, Claudia MaríaThis research work entitled Good practices in the management of projects of permanence and success of the students: a proposal for EAFIT University, inquires the project management methodologies used by university-type organizations for the deployment of its internal initiatives, whose sector is differentiated and prone to transformation, but in which it is necessary to increase the agility in its developments to achieve its reinvention. Specifically, a fundamental challenge of the universities is the student permanence and success and project management constitute as an effective route to address these issues even more in uncertain environments such as those imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, which considerably impacted the higher education sector, subject considered in this research. This work gathers a series of good practices in project management that can be implemented by universities as a certain, methodical and rigorous way to address the phenomena of student permanence and success, through the collection of successful experiences already lived by others higher education institutions. For this, four categories are proposed that synthesize the identified good practices, namely: strategic, composed of those statements that are part of the strategic management of universities; institutional, made up of the particular and characteristic components of each institution; project management, which considers the methodologies, operating frameworks, guidelines and tools for project management; and operational, related to the resources that facilitate the implementation of projects in the work teams. Finally based on a diagnosis about EAFIT University, as an analysis unit of the investigation, recommendations are made for its Office for Student Success.
