Ítem Acciones público privadas que promueven el emprendimiento social como forma de mitigar el desempleo juvenil en el municipio de La Ceja, Antioquia(Universidad EAFIT, 2020) Correa Carmona, Juan Carlos; Irurita Muñoz, María IsabelYouth unemployment in the currently economic and social context, in Latin American countries and especially in Colombia, has become a problem that requires special attention on the agendas of governments, especially local governments or municipalities, where it is accentuated much more the phenomenon. The author intends to establish a way to face this problem, based on concepts associated with social and economic development, such as: Human Development, as the guiding principle of the local economy that guarantees democracy, inclusion and the empowerment of human capital and building trust that translates into social capital. The Governance from the practice that is specified in the PPAs (Public-Private Alliances) as a model of Social Responsibility of the actors of the territory, to produce social wealth and Social Economy, which is specified through the promotion and chaining of entrepreneurship from capacities and skills and not only from the productive demand; to finally see an integrated model of Social Development. This work presents an analytical structure of concepts and founded theories regarding human development, especially citing authors such as Manfred Max Neef, Amartya Sen, Joseph Stiglitz, Bernardo Kliksberg and Sergio Boisier, among other actors who compile and direct their studies towards a alternative economy, olso called the third sector. It makes a review of the current situation of employment in Colombia, until reaching the current situation of the young population in the Municipality of La Ceja, thus proposing a reality framework for political and business analysis. Lastly, it establishes an analysis methodology from a conceptual framework and a categorical matrix, which encompasses the concepts, the reality and the social object of development for a locality based on young people. An evaluation of the concepts, based on the assessment of young people from La Ceja, based on their needs according to Max Neef, as well as their vision and relationship with private and public companies, is what is defined as a conclusion and establishes a strategy and political proposal to be followed by a small city that intends to implement the social economy model.Ítem Actitudes de los empleados frente al cambio organizacional en la Secretaría de Educación del Distrito de Barrancabermeja(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Gómez Calao, Maribel; Giraldo Henao, CatalinaÍtem Actitudes de los funcionarios frente al proceso de transformación digital en una institución de formación a nivel técnico y tecnológico(EAFIT, 2020) Pastrán Castellanos, Flor de Jesús; Giraldo Henao, CatalinaObjective: characterizing workers’ behavior regarding the digital transformation process in a technical college. To do so, it is necessary to identify what the main college workers’ beliefs, feelings and actions are in regards to the digital transformation process implementation. Method: A quantitative-descriptive-cross-sectional study was carried out through a case study in which an online survey was filled out by the actual linked workers (staff and contractors) of a specific technical college. Results: a survey was applied to 310 workers. 103 voluntary responses were obtained, equivalent to 33% of the participants. This allowed us to identify participants’ cognitive attitudes in 61%; effective in 63%, and behavioral in 75% regarding the digital transformation process that was carried out by the institution. Conclusion: appropriate attitudes were identified in the workers taking into account the cognitive, affective and behavioral components in relation to the digital transformation process the institution was performing.Ítem Análisis de brechas de capital humano en el sector de la construcción en Santa Marta(Universidad EAFIT, 2021) Angarita López, Felipe Andrés; Medina Gaspar, Daniel SantiagoThis paper addresses the exercise of human capital gaps through a qualitative and descriptive analysis, where the impacts that gaps can generate on the economy and territorial competitiveness are determined. Additionally, it reveals the existing distance between the companies of the construction sector and the institutions of higher education and centers of education for work in Santa Marta. This document is based on the application of surveys to the main and largest construction companies in the city, which have between 51-200 employees. As a complement, information obtained from secondary sources such as: SNIES, SIET, OLE, etc. is used. The changes in the positions, understood as updates or new required profiles, are closely related to the technological, organizational and environmental trends, as well as to the qualification that the human talent receives from the competencies provided by the IES and ETDH. It is evident in this exercise that despite the city's economic orientation towards services and tourism, the construction sector has gained strength, especially due to the conditions it presents. For this, qualitative research will be carried out, using the method of semi-structured interviews. Once this information is collected, a contrast will be made with the positions of different authors within the literature and finally some recommendations will be designed, taking into account the management models by objectives and management by competences. Once the research is finished, it is evident that within the organization under study there is not a structured performance management model, but a performance evaluation model, There are no objective measurement variables that allow us to determine the level of performance. Based on the National Time Use Survey 2017-2018 and implementing a linear probability model, it is found that performing this type of unpaid tasks has a negative impact on the probability of obtaining a job. The company is responsible for providing reliable solutions to its clients in Dragados Engineering, using infrastructure, technology, and a human team in permanent development, guaranteeing compliance with the expectations of all interested parties. Thus, it is important to highlight that the degree work as well as the research that it contains arises from a real need, because the company, to be competitive and agile within the sector, demands speed in the management and execution of changes in the march, reason why it has begun to incorporate additional technologies to the traditional one to obtain optimal results. This is where the relevance of endomarketing strategies becomes very valuable when it comes to connecting human development with the achievement of the goals set. The purpose of this research proposal was to analyze the current state of the endomarketing actions implemented by Universidad EAFIT, by means of a mixed exploratory study that gathers different techniques of information gathering, with the participation of the employees with labor contract of the University, and with the accompaniment of the Department of Employee Development, and intended to offer conclusions and suggestions that allow reorganizing and focusing actions that generate greater value and that go towards the interests of the University and its collaborators. Likewise, and in the same way, we sought to know the current state of EAFIT in relation to different private universities located in Medellín.
