    This research seeks to address the problem of psychoactive substance use in adolescents as a social phenomenon that ends up affecting the general population. In Colombia, different public policies are created in order to control such consumption, however, the country has historically been a country of production and consumption of psychoactive substances; this is why there have also been attempts to apply strategies that help solve such problem, but there is no clarity about the level of efficiency of the strategies applied from the creation and implementation of public policies in order to manage the consumption of psychoactive substances in young people in the department of Córdoba. The SDO (2015) expresses that it is essential to direct attention to the internal consumption of psychoactive substances. Despite the different characteristics between municipalities, there are territories in which these policies were efficient and taking this into account we seek to analyze the implementation of public policies on the management of consumption of psychoactive substances in young people in Córdoba, applying a qualitative methodology of comparative case, so that the problem questions are answered.

    Diseño de una guía metodológica para mejorar las competencias financieras de los estudiantes de grado once del colegio Seminario Menor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario e Instituto Universitario de Caldas, basada en un diagnóstico inicial de sus conocimientos en finanzas

    Financial education from an early age is fundamental, as it allows for efficient management of economic resources, reduces poverty, and improves social well-being. In the Colegio Seminario Menor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario and Instituto Universitario de Caldas in Manizales, a diagnostic survey was conducted on 115 eleventh-grade students to identify their sociodemographic characteristics and learning opportunities in the area of finance. To address this problem, a financial capacity index was designed, which was correlated with the main demographic variables of the sample through a multiple regression model. In addition, a methodological guide for financial education was constructed with a pedagogical approach based on learning through technological tools. The guide was adapted to the needs of the students to encourage the appropriation of the topic in a real context. This initiative will benefit not only students in their school stage but also in their adult life, promoting a financially literate society.

    Intervención comportamental para fomentar la planificación de oportunidades profesionales de estudiantes de primer semestre de la Universidad EAFIT

    Adolescence is a stage of life in which youngs begins to clarify professional identity, develope awareness of interests, and design their own life projects. These behaviors are part of the process of vocational guidance, which is positively related to academic success. Taking this into account and with the aim of reducing the negative impacts that university dropout has for social and individual well-being, this intervention promotes the design of planning strategies for opportunities by first semester students of the EAFIT University. The intervention is designed based on the model of the Behavioral Change Wheel, in which behavior change techniques are implemented in the functions of persuasion, education, training and enablement for modify the psychological capacities and reflective motivations of students to plan opportunities. A control group and two treatment groups were diagnosed with the application of a baseline and final instrument that evaluates the impact on the variables career self-efficacy and career planning.

    Vivencias subjetivas al consumir cannabis en un grupo de adultos jóvenes de Medellín (Colombia)

    Objective. To identify subjective experiences when consuming cannabis in a group of young adults in Medellín (Colombia). Conceptual References. The concepts of marijuana/cannabis; subjective experiences; pleasure and discomfort; social, labor, and academic consequences of cannabis consumption; and the vicissitudes of young adults are described. Method. Qualitative study whose main instrument is a semi-structured interview applied to 8 cannabis consumers in Medellín, Colombia. Results: the obtained results allowed to identify that the causes of consumption are related to the social sphere due to casual invitations from close people, also that there are both experiences of pleasure and discomfort, although they tend to be more pleasant like listening to music, euphoria, and greater relaxation; and that the consequences, although not seen in the short term, are generated in the long term and affect memory, coordination, or concentration. Conclusions: cannabis consumption occurs for different reasons and has different consequences, which depending on the moment they are analyzed, can be positive or negative, being more positive in the short term and more negative in the long term.
