Subjetivación del rol de liderazgo en un grupo de líderes en organizaciones en Colombia

Understand the subjectivization of the leadership role in a group of leaders in organizations in Colombia. Method: a qualitative descriptive cross-sectional study, based on semi-structured interviews with 9 professionals who have assumed the role of leader. Results: the meaning of leadership and the organizational context is assumed by the demand in the relationship with others and the fulfillment of the objectives of the organization, the assigned and assumed roles are associated with the sufficiency and capacity that each one has in the relationship with the leadership role and job subjectivization, is built from the imaginary of the leadership role and the relationship established with others, in this particular case with collaborators. Conclusions: the subjectivization of the leadership role is marked by the question about the sufficiency, capacity, and abilities that the leader has to relate to others and respond to the results raised by the organizational context in which he finds himself
