The motorcycle industry has been very dynamic in recent years and for this reason is interesting review one of its components: the sale of spare parts -- Understood as spare parts and accessories -- These products are often business development opportunities with online auction platforms as option for marketing these products -- Therefore, this work carried out step by step to create a business model based on the new era of web 2.0. where are described the key points for the analysis of a b-web so can extrapolate a current business in the physical world to the virtual world -- This methodology allows analyze comprehensively the main characteristics that influence the business, increasing the chances of success and reducing risks -- To end a financial assessment of projections based on market analysis and prices of the spare parts today, using mechanisms such as IRR, NPV and applying safety factors was performed -- The business model created serves as a guide for further similar business models in other markets and is also the support that investors might be interested in this proposal, invest and to execute their implementation in Colombia and possible export to Latin America level
