Resumen
Request a tutorial to resolve problems of reading and writing in the university area is an activity that students do before CELEE. We want to describe how the difficult is exposed, the degree of verbal interaction and the assumed roll. We use the method discourse analysis under interactive perspective. The result is that the student places himself distant in front of his / her deficiencies before the writing and expresses evaluations on its own practices implicitly.
