Resumen
Cable cars transportation has taken the biggest Latin-American and worldwide cities, becoming a sustainable solution for mobility needs in the high population density cities with hard topography access. That type of transport has led to a social innovation and at the same time has allowed the development of those cities in terms of infrastructure. Thereby, it is relevant to document the Learned Lessons of this kind of Projects to ensure the decrease of mistakes or to repeat the good experiences in future developments. So that, the best practices and lessons obtained from the implementation of this type of projects will be applied. In this particular case, it is intended to collect and share the Learned Lessons of “Metrocable línea P” project in Medellin city, considering the stages of preliminary project, construction and commissioning in order to standardize the high amount of process, activities and practices, making the future deliverables more efficient, sustainable and with better quality.
The methodology of the (NATO) North Atlantic Treaty Organization will be implemented in this work for the identification of Learned Lessons, with the support of After Action Review (AAR) and consists of structured meetings in which the experiences and activities executed are analyzed, based on their objectives, expectations and achieved results.

El transporte por cable urbano se ha tomado las grandes ciudades de América Latina y el mundo, siendo una solución sostenible para la necesidad de movilidad de ciudades de alta densidad poblacional y topografía de difícil acceso. Este tipo de transporte deriva en una innovación social y, a su vez, permite un desarrollo de las ciudades en términos sociales y de infraestructura. Por tanto, es relevante documentar las Lecciones Aprendidas derivadas de los proyectos de esta tipología para garantizar que se disminuyan los errores, o se repitan buenas experiencias en próximos desarrollos y, así mismo, se apliquen las mejores prácticas y aprendizajes obtenidos a partir de la implementación de este tipo de proyectos. Para este caso particular, se busca documentar las Lecciones Aprendidas del proyecto “Metrocable Línea P” de la ciudad de Medellín, considerando las etapas del Anteproyecto, construcción y puesta en marcha, con el fin de estandarizar la mayor cantidad de procesos, actividades y prácticas, volviendo más eficiente, rentable y de mejor calidad los entregables futuros. La metodología de la Organización del Tratado del Atlántico Norte (OTAN), será la implementada en este trabajo para la identificación de lecciones aprendidas, con el apoyo de After Action Review (AAR) (Reflexión después de la acción), y consta de reuniones estructuradas en las cuales se analizan las experiencias y actividades ejecutadas, basándose en función de sus objetivos, expectativas y resultados logrados.
