Resumen
The MAF Challenge "Modeling and Applied Finance Challenge" is an annual event that brings together university students and professionals interested in the field of applied finance. The challenge aims to promote financial analysis and mathematical modeling in real-world situations. The Strategy 4 Climate (S4C) MAF Challenge's main objective is to address the challenges of mobilizing capital towards projects that contribute to climate goals. To achieve this, the development of an innovative platform is proposed that acts as a bridge between investors interested in sustainable projects and project creators who need financing. This platform will not only facilitate the connection between investors and projects, but will also provide financial advice and support on environmental, social, and
governance (ESG) aspects. In this way, it is sought to ensure that the selected projects have the necessary support for their successful execution.

El MAF Challenge "Modeling and Applied Finance Challenge" es un evento anual que reĆŗne a estudiantes universitarios y profesionales interesados en el campo de las finanzas aplicadas. El desafĆo tiene como objetivo fomentar el anĆ”lisis financiero y el modelado matemĆ”tico en situaciones del mundo real.
El MAF Challenge de Strategy 4 Climate (S4C) tiene como objetivo principal abordar los desafĆos de movilizar capital hacia proyectos que contribuyan a las metas climĆ”ticas. Para lograrlo, se propone el desarrollo de una plataforma innovadora que actĆŗe como un puente entre inversionistas interesados en proyectos sostenibles y aquellos creadores de proyectos que necesitan financiamiento. Esta plataforma no solo facilitarĆ” la conexiĆ³n entre inversionistas y proyectos, sino que tambiĆ©n brindarĆ” asesoramiento financiero y soporte en aspectos ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza (ESG). De esta manera, se busca garantizar que los proyectos seleccionados cuenten con el respaldo necesario para su ejecuciĆ³n exitosa.
