Resumen
The family, as the founding nucleus of society, will always be a reference point for study, analysis, looks and actions for those who are interested in social phenomena and actions for the benefit of society. What happens with the family has a direct impact on society and, therefore, society, and in it the state, must necessarily think of the family. For its part, domestic violence is, and has been, a cultural phenomenon that attracts the attention of people who focus on work and social concern; although it can be said that it is immersed in society, it cannot be accepted that it continues to occur.
For this reason, the authors of this work have focused on domestic violence, in the case of Rionegro -Ant.- because with it they want, while deepening their knowledge, to provide elements that allow a greater and better understanding in the search for alternatives that minimize and solve it.
On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that, in the manifestation of domestic violence, the victim, the victimizer and the family commissioner converge, among other actors; in the actions of these actors, it is necessary to bear in mind the protection measures, the protocols of attention and the way in which the solution, mitigation and reduction of this phenomenon is sought. This is the focus of this work and it is intended to contribute, specifically for the Municipality of Rionegro.
Knowing the role assumed by the actors in a given situation of domestic violence, the effects on the family, and the actions of those who take care of it is, and always will be, a current issue of substantial importance; hence, the central theme of the document wishes to provide elements, strategies and methods to achieve a better understanding of the problem and have strategies for its mitigation.

La familia, como núcleo fundante de la sociedad, siempre será referente de estudio, análisis, miradas y acciones para quienes les interesan los fenómenos sociales y las actuaciones en beneficio de la misma (sociedad). Lo que sucede con la familia tiene impacto directo con la sociedad y, por eso, la sociedad, y en ella el estado, debe obligadamente pensar en la familia. Por su parte, la violencia intrafamiliar es, y ha sido, un fenómeno cultural que llama la atención de las personas que se centran en el trabajo y la preocupación social; si bien se puede decir que está inmersa en la sociedad, no por ello se podrá aceptar que se siga presentando.
Por ello, los autores del presente trabajo han centrado la mirada de la violencia intrafamiliar, en el caso Rionegro –Antioquia- porque con él quieren, al tiempo que profundizan en su conocimiento, aportar elementos que permitan una mayor y mejor comprensión en la búsqueda de alternativas que la minimicen y la solucionen. De otro lado, vale la pena citar que, en la manifestación de la violencia intrafamiliar, confluyen, entre otros actores, la víctima, el victimario y la comisaria de familia; en el actuar de dichos actores, se debe tener presente las medidas de protección, los protocolos de atención y la forma en que se busca la solución, mitigación y disminución de dicho fenómeno. En esto se centra el presente trabajo y con ello se quiere aportar, específicamente para el Municipio de Rionegro.
Conocer el papel que asumen los actores de una determinada situación de violencia intrafamiliar, las afectaciones a la familia, y el proceder de quienes la atienden, es, y siempre será, un tema vigente, de sustancial importancia; de ahí, que el tema central del documento quiera aportar elementos, estrategias y métodos para lograr una mejor comprensión de la problemática y tener estrategias para su mitigación.
