Percepciones acerca del riesgo operativo, a partir de identificar actitudes, costumbres y hábitos que obstaculizan o favorecen la aceptación de planes de acción de mitigación de incidentes en una organización productiva de la ciudad de Bogotá

Resumen
Objective: to identify attitudes, customs and habits that favors the acceptance of plans to mitigate incidents in a productive organization in the city of Bogotá. Method: the present investigation is of qualitative character, of descriptive type, with a method of study of case, based on semi-structured interviews to employees of a company of the productive sector. Results: the results obtained allowed to identify in the workers habits, customs and repetitive attitudes. Some of these, proved to favor the acceptance or compliance to the letter of the security initiatives proposed by the company and another large amount showed the reasons why despite the fact that workers have a positive attitude and generally alert to the risk, accidents continue to occur. The activities highlighted by the workers are those related to self-care, when they refer to the use of personal protection elements, to the revisions they make of their environment, when making reports of unsafe conditions to their superiors, likewise when they comply with the traffic regulations and the safety standards established by the company, also when they mention that they attend the training provided by the company.

Objetivo: identificar actitudes, costumbres y hábitos que favorecen la aceptación de planes de mitigación de incidentes en una organización productiva de la ciudad de Bogotá. Método: la presente investigación es de carácter cualitativa, de tipo descriptivo, con un método de estudio de caso con una orientación hermenéutica, basado en entrevistas 15 semiestructuradas a empleados de una empresa del sector productivo. Resultados: los resultados obtenidos permitieron identificar en los trabajadores hábitos, costumbres y actitudes repetitivas. Algunas de éstas, demostraron favorecer la aceptación o el cumplimiento al pie de la letra de las iniciativas de seguridad propuestas por la empresa y otra gran cantidad evidenciaron las razones por las cuales a pesar de que los trabajadores tienen una actitud positiva y generalmente alerta frente al riesgo, los accidentes siguen ocurriendo. Las actitudes destacadas por parte de los trabajadores son las relacionadas con el autocuidado, cuando hacen referencia al uso de los elementos de protección personal, a las revisiones que realizan de su entorno, al realizar reportes de condiciones inseguras a sus superiores, así mismo cuando dan cumplimiento a las normas de tránsito y a las normas de seguridad establecidas por la compañía, también cuando mencionan que atienden a las capacitaciones que brinda la misma.
