The feasibility of creating a company for the Corporate Governance Consultancy allowed us to carry out several studies, among which the one that sought to establish the target market for the company stands out -- Its importance being that it was a first contact with potential clients and their needs in the field of consultancy, there was a high level of ignorance of the topic of Corporate Governance (88%), and therefore a low demand for this service (5%), but also that there is an 8% of the respondents interested in the subject -- There are technical, administrative, legal and environmental conditions for the assembly of the project; is it required an office equipped with office equipment, and computer, located in a strategic business location in the city of Pereira, given its access conditions and its Closeness to business centers and public offices -- There is in the city the administrative conditions of existence of personnel trained to fulfill the functions of consulting and others that the company requires for its proper functioning -- The company can be legally registered as an S.A.S. -- For not generating noise, or polluting waste, you can also recycle paper that is your main waste -- The size of the market, despite being relatively small 8%, allows reaching break-even point in year one of the project with 17,856 hours of advice sold and profits of 102,838,860, with an IRR of 106.44% and a Net Present Value (VPN) of $ 472,659,418

La factibilidad de crear una empresa para la Consultoría en Gobierno Corporativo permitió realizar varios estudios, entre los que se destaca el que buscó establecer el mercado objetivo para la empresa -- Su importancia radica en que fue un primer contacto con los clientes potenciales y sus necesidades en el campo de la consultoría, en el que se encontró un alto desconocimiento del tema de Gobierno Corporativo (88%), y por ello una baja demanda de este servicio (5%), pero también que hay un 8% de los encuestados interesados en el tema -- Existen las condiciones técnicas, administrativas, legales y ambientales para el montaje del proyecto; se requiere de una oficina dotada con equipos para oficina y cómputo, ubicada en un lugar estratégico de negocios en la ciudad de Pereira, dadas sus condiciones de acceso y su cercanía a centros de negocios y oficinas públicas -- Existe en la ciudad las condiciones administrativas de existencia de personal capacitado para cumplir las funciones de consultoría y demás, que requiere la empresa para su buen funcionamiento -- La empresa puede ser inscrita legalmente como una S.A.S.; y por no generar ruido o desperdicios contaminantes, no ocasiona daño ambiental, y además se puede reciclar papel que es su principal desecho -- El tamaño del mercado, a pesar de ser relativamente pequeño, 8%, permite alcanzar punto de equilibrio en el año uno del proyecto, con 17.856 horas de asesoría vendidas y utilidades de $102.838.860, con una TIR del 106,44% y un Valor Presente Neto (VPN) de $472.659.418
