dc.description	Esta investigación analiza el proceso de transformación de RED entre Montañas, una organización juvenil rural del corregimiento de San Sebastián de Palmitas (Medellín), en su tránsito desde colectivo cultural hasta configurarse como empresa social. A través de un estudio de caso con enfoque cualitativo, se reconstruye su trayectoria y se interpretan las tensiones vividas en ese proceso. El marco analítico se basa en la Teoría de la Acción Organizada (TAO), cuyas categorías —Identidad, Oposición y Totalidad— permiten comprender cómo esta organización negocia su misión comunitaria frente a las exigencias institucionales y del mercado. La metodología combina análisis documental de políticas públicas, materiales internos de la organización y entrevistas semiestructuradas a miembros clave. Este abordaje permitió reconstruir las etapas del desarrollo organizacional, identificar puntos de quiebre y evidenciar tensiones estructurales que configuran el tránsito hacia formas híbridas de gestión social y económica. Los hallazgos muestran que RED entre Montañas no adoptó pasivamente el modelo institucional de empresa social, sino que lo reinterpretó desde su identidad territorial. La investigación concluye que las tensiones vividas no son obstáculos, sino elementos constitutivos de una acción organizada que busca afirmar su subjetividad colectiva. El estudio aporta herramientas teóricas y prácticas para comprender procesos similares en otros territorios rurales e invita a repensar las políticas públicas de apoyo a la organización juvenil.
dc.description.abstract	This research analyzes the transformation process of RED entre Montañas, a rural youth organization in the town of San Sebastián de Palmitas (Medellín), in its transition from a cultural collective to a social enterprise. Through a case study with a qualitative approach, its trajectory is reconstructed and the tensions experienced in this process are interpreted. The analytical framework is based on the Theory of Organized Action (TAO), whose categories - Identity, Opposition and Totality - allow us to understand how this organization negotiates its community mission in facing institutional and market demands. The methodology combines documentary analysis of public policies, internal organizational materials and semi-structured interviews with key members. This approach made it possible to reconstruct the stages of organizational development, identifying breaking points and highlighting structural tensions that shape the transition towards hybrid forms of social and economic management. The findings show that RED entre Montañas did not passively adopt the institutional model of social enterprise but reinterpreted it from its territorial identity. The research concludes that the tensions experienced are not obstacles, but constitutive elements of an organized action that seeks to affirm its collective subjectivity. The study provides theoretical and practical tools to understand similar processes in other rural territories and invites people to rethink public policies to support youth organizations.
