dc.description	Este trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar un estudio de prefactibilidad para la adquisición de un tomógrafo en el hospital departamental San Rafael ESE de Zarzal Valle del Cauca, bajo la estructura de la Metodología General Ajustada [MGA], esto último teniendo en cuenta que los recursos para la financiación del proyecto provienen de la Gobernación del Valle del Cauca. Por lo cual, la MGA se considera como la metodología más adecuada al sustentar la estructuración de proyectos de inversión pública a través del Departamento Nacional de Planeación. Para el desarrollo de este estudio, se propone como metodología de investigación el enfoque mixto bajo la técnica de revisión documental de carácter descriptivo interpretativo, el cual permitirá profundizar en el uso de MGA en el sector salud para el análisis del estudio sectorial, de mercado, técnico, legal, administrativo, financiero y de riesgos. Los resultados obtenidos de este estudio de prefactibilidad demuestran que la adquisición del tomógrafo en términos técnicos y financieros sí es viable, dado que al desarrollar el flujo de caja, el VPN, el TIR, CAUE, se demuestra que es un proyecto de bajo riesgo que puede sostenerse en el tiempo y generar un retorno de la inversión inicial con facilidad, dado que factores como la necesidad de la población y su área de influencia en relación con un servicio de imágenes especializado presenta una alta probabilidad de que el tomógrafo esté en constante funcionamiento.
dc.description.abstract	The main objective of this degree work is to develop a pre-feasibility study for the acquisition of a tomograph in the departmental hospital San Rafael ESE of Zarzal Valle del Cauca, under the structure of the Adjusted General Methodology [MGA], the latter taking into account that the resources for the financing of the project come from the Government of Valle del Cauca, therefore, the MGA is considered the most appropriate methodology to support the structuring of public investment projects through the National Planning Department. For the development of this study, the research methodology proposed is the mixed approach under the technique of documentary review of descriptive interpretative character, which will allow to deepen the use of AMS in the health sector for the analysis of the sectorial, market, technical, legal, administrative, financial and risk study. The results obtained from this pre-feasibility study show that the acquisition of the tomograph in technical and financial terms is feasible, given that when developing the cash flow, NPV, IRR, CAUE, it is demonstrated that it is a low risk project that can be sustained over time and generate a return on the initial investment easily, given that factors such as the need of the population and its area of influence in relation to a specialized imaging service, present a high probability that the tomograph is in constant operation.
