dc.description	El documento analiza el impacto de la IA en la educación jurídica, centrándose en la Escuela de Derecho de EAFIT. Mediante un enfoque mixto, que incluye análisis documental y encuestas a docentes, revela que la IA optimiza el acceso a información jurídica, su uso esporádico y plantea riesgos como aprendizaje superficial y falta de pensamiento crítico. La ausencia de regulación específica en Colombia genera incertidumbre, pese a iniciativas institucionales. Se recomienda capacitar a docentes y estudiantes, establecer políticas éticas y garantizar equidad para aprovechar la IA sin comprometer la calidad educativa.
dc.description.abstract	The document examines the impact of AI on legal education, focusing on EAFIT's School of Law. Through a mixed-methods approach, including documentary analysis and faculty surveys, it reveals that AI enhances access to legal information but is used sporadically and poses risks such as superficial learning and diminished critical thinking. The lack of specific regulations in Colombia creates uncertainty, despite institutional initiatives. Recommendations include training faculty and students, establishing ethical policies, and ensuring equity to leverage AI without compromising educational quality.
